I have no idea what has happened here. The last few months the cleanliness and sanitation has dramatically DECLINED. Lately it has a strong ammonia/ urine stench. Also the overwhelming smell of feces/ soiled diapers in the back play area is so overwhelming I have seen parents gag and leave. Possibly a Diaper Genie would help. Also maybe have employees do mandatory restroom checks every hour to clean and Lysol. Also post how regular the ball pit is cleanse.
A few days ago we tried to give it another chance... to find a broken changing table, overwhelming stench from the restroom, and dirty ball pit. As well parents expressing there was spit or spit up inside the jungle gym. To which the only employee working was confused as to what to do to clean it. The parents had to literally tell her to get clorox wipes and disinfect it.
Lastly came the last attempt to use the bathroom and the floor was a huge puddle of urine and or the toilet was leaking. The staff member seemed confused AGAIN as to what to do, and just put a sign up saying closed. Which lead to multiple parents discussing their children coming down with rashes, fevers, pink eye all after a few days of visiting. I even personally watched a mother notice her daughter having an accident on the green turf in the back and did nothing to clean it or inform staff. She just gathered the rest of her child and said... oh well we can change at home. I would address these issues with the owner or staff, but when I asked I was told the owner is on vacation out of the country, the manager is also on vacation and the rest of the staff are out sick or have had their wisdom teeth removed. I really hope the owner sees this and other reviews stating how unsanitary it has become. Possibly a health concern as well. I really hope they regroup and TRAIN their staff to used proper cleaning techniques and protocols. Especially since they also cook and serve food. Our children's health and safety should be their priority.

Very confined area. Staff was good. Food expensive. Some of the children seemed to be older than 5. Which could be rough on younger children.

Hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was a blast. Michael and Theresa were great hosts, so helpful and accommodating. So much to play with for all ages. Definitely recommend!

Smaller version of play places if your child is younger or more timid

I was hesitant to go, because it didn't seem like it had much to offer.. but man. My 2 year old had sooo much fun! We literally stayed for 3 hours. It's a cute inside play space and with sweet staff members. They definitely gained a customer.

At this place we had my 3rd birthday, back long long time ago. Now all these years later, I know the owner & one of the managers. They do more activities, and they also participate in the Fall "Trunk or Treat" in Marlton. I recommend this place for all families. Especially the ones that are new to Evesham Township, NJ

We’ve been coming here for quite a while now, and it is obvious that they do not adhere to their rule that this is a play place for kids ages “5 and under”. It’s a great place for kids to play, except for this - kids who are clearly way older than 5 are allowed to play here. And I wouldn’t mind so much, but on many occasions I’ve seen how older kids tend to be really rough in the play areas where there are babies and small children playing. I’m talking about aggressively chucking ball pit balls at each other, racing back and forth through the building, and plowing through the climbing tunnels. It’s too small of a space, and dangerous, for big kids to being playing this way in here alongside little ones.

Our grandson had both his first (April 2022) and second birthday (April 2023) parties at Jelly Bean Jungle. We’d also been there with our toddler granddaughter in 2021. We love it!It’s a safe, comfortable play place with lots of different play areas- for example the ball room, big jungle gym, and on and on! The kids just love it!The staff is warm, friendly and professional and do everything to help along the good time, including directing some fun dance activities. The party function room is well organized for both children and adults. JBJ has their vendors who provide food, including delicious pizza, hoagies and chicken tenders. Our kids were allowed to bring their own birthday cakes and other sweet treats! At the end of the two hours nobody wants to go home!TIP: no shoes in the play area, so bring socks or go barefoot!
