The 2 women working were so sweet and amazing. I worry they are understaffed in there for the volume of patients. There are 2 people running around checking people in, drawing blood and taking walk ins. I feel like if this isn’t handled they’ll receive backlash from patients and worse, burnout dealing with this everyday. I feel there should be 3-4 people at all times. 2 people is ridiculous and a shame on the company.

My son needs regular bloodwork (from a young age) and we’ve always come to this Labcorp. The music is great, the staff are super efficient and kind. I heard they had a crazy day yesterday (sounds like they’re often swamped from these reviews). I had mentioned I’d not seen it so empty- we walked in and were seen right away. Can’t say enough about how great these ladies have been, year after year! <3

Terri was exceptional! I was running late and needed glucose testing and she was able to still squeeze me in. Very organized and clean office!

Great experience for my 90+ yrs old mom's lab work! Terry was really professional and experienced. Can't see the mark at all after the blood draw, she was easily got it with the first try! Definitely recommend!! Thank you Terry!!

Incredibly kind personnel.
Personal ask for management:
1. Please-please fix the reclining chair or get a new one for the comfort room. I am this kind of patient who needs it every time I come to do my bloodwork tests. As far as I noticed it’s been broken for at least 6 months.
2. Please take care of your employees and limit appointment and walk-ins number for the day. I had to go there twice last week and I’ve never seen so many patients coming to this location, it’s definitely a lot for 2-3 workers. Don’t loose these incredible professionals, make their job comfortable and burnout free.

The employees at this location are very kind and courteous. Management needs to reevaluate their patient appointments and walk-ins process. If you are going to open up more appointment slots and also accommodate for a walk-ins, consider adding more staff. An hour and 10 min wait for routine fasting labs is not acceptable. In my past, I have been to this location many times and it worked like a well oiled machine where both walk-ins and appointments were both accommodated at a reasonable wait. I feel for the employees as they are overworked and understaffed for the patient volume.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She spoke to me as if I was stupid because my lab slip was emailed to me and not printed. It was very condescending and upsetting. It was very obvious she doesn't like dealing with people. I'm sure some people can be tough to deal with, but I didn't do anything to deserve how she acted. Very unprofessional.
On the other hand, the woman who actually performed my blood work was very kind and professional.

Checking in was easy, and the lady was friendly. However, I waited 30 minutes to get my blood drawn. LabCorp is worse than Quest. The service was slow, and the experience was frustrating. I won’t be coming back

I came here for some blood work ordered by my doctor. I had to immediately pay $150 and sign a document before any work would be done. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for an additional $377. My insurance did not cover it. I don’t understand how you can charge over $500 for some blood work. That is an outrageous price. I was not told the cost in advance. I messaged their chat asking for an adjustment and they told me to kick rocks. This is not a reasonable price for healthcare, this whole system is broken and you are part of the problem.
