omg the workers are so nice here idk why everyone says lulu workers are mean they’re genuinely the nicest ppl ever, and the ppl complaining about the prices just don’t know what good quality clothes feel like because all they do is shop on shein

They do not report thieves who come in their store, and harass other customers. They lie about not having footage of perpetrator and refuse to work with police to locate criminals in our community. Absolutely disgraceful. You should not feel safe shopping here.

Their staff is usually pretty great but I had an experience with a lady that was beyond rude. She was blonde and middle age/ old. There are a lot of kind workers there but if you happen to run into this lady, I would stay away. She was talking about me blatantly in front of all of the other workers where I could hear and it made me feel so awkward. Although I did not bring the tag with me to the return, it was a simple mistake. It’s not the fact that she was talking about my mistake. I told her that I did not wash them and I only tried them on. She told me that she could tell that they were washed when they were 100% know they weren’t. But apparently she knows me. ?! I understand I made a mistake, but it was her tone and her attitude that made this experience not great.

I had to exchange a pair of pants and the manager, Jessie, and staff were so completely helpful, considerate and caring. I’m very grateful.

It’s ok. Love the location in the promenade. They usually don’t have the colors or styles I am looking for so I usually have to order online. . Also they have a restroom meant for customers right by the fitting rooms but it’s always got a closed sign on it. Also one of the salespeople flat out lied about product availability basically saying the product didn’t exist but I saw it on the website right before going in the store so it just wasn’t in stock in their store.

I love lululemon but this store is something else. Super messy, very unfriendly. I’m leaving to go to cherry hill location now. Wow. I changed from 1 star to 4, it was just not a pleasant experience but I love lululemon overall.

Was greeted by a super helpful, super knowledgeable, extremely friendly employee named Jeff, made us feel super comfortable and knew literally everything about the leggings, dressing rooms were nice and clean as well as the store. These pants are buttery soft and look amazing! Highly recommend

Awesome brand and helpful employees, Only complaint would be that they never have my pant length in store its normally 32 and 34 but i dont think thats in their control i typically just pick those up on their site and it ships fairly quick.
