WOW! Small word, big meaning! Where do I start with Ben. The guy is 100% customer service oriented and a perfect personality for this place. We went there on a Friday night, and never ever expected the great customer experience we received from Ben. He was no pressure, but high on the personality. My wife and I left there feeling like we had a new friend. I want to comment Avery as well, he was "A-very nice guy" get it. What a pair. If you're hesitant, don't be, go see these two, you will buy from there and make new friends also :-)D & L

We had a great experience at this mattress store!! Ka'Juan went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed in the price range we were looking for. And there was no pressure to make a decision - Ka'Juan gave us information we needed and answered all of our questions. The whole process was very fast, from purchase to receiving the mattress (ordered on a Monday and soonest delivery was Wednesday).Overall, very impressed with the staff, service and products (we purchased a mattress, pillows and cooling mattress protector). We cannot recommend this store and its staff enough:)
