Lots of variety of items to choose from. Lots of coupons and savings if you have the app or coupons from email. Ample parking and well lit parking lot. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. From frames to crafts to art supplies, come check this place out.

The manager Vicki was the most ignorant and unhelpful person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A simple return turned into a 15 minute ordeal while she kept directing everyone else in line to use the self check outs, with or without her assistance and telling us she would be right with us.

Michael's was my choice because I needed an electric candle window light and hard to find. The staff was helpful and very nice. The only problem was I couldn't find the window lights because they had them in a totally different place from the aisle that had candles and lights . I spent a lot of time walking all around the store to find them and asked two very nice workers who helped me. Hopefully they will put them in the aisle they should be in. Happy I now know where to go to get our window lights.

I had a great experience with the photo frame department at Michael’s! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—they took the time to walk me through custom options and helped me find the perfect frame for my piece. The selection was impressive, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Whether you need something quick off the shelf or a more personalized touch, this department is top-notch. Highly recommend!

The staff was absolutely nasty. Except for one young girl at the register, the manager and older woman in the seasonal side and ribbon area was rude. And the boy at the register had an attitude.

Never disappoints when shopping for craft & celebration supplies! Frequent coupon offers are an added plus, as are multiple locations throughout the state/area. Added bonus is senior discounts!

Huge store with tons of great items for all ages! My recent favorite hobby is diamond painting, and I was very happy to find items of interest in stock vs online. Hope they expand that section soon.
