DON’T go to this place; I scheduled an oil change for my 2022 Rogue, they messed up the oil pan and oil was leaking. I noticed PepBoys did not want to charge me claiming I had to wait a few hours for them to finish. I had to pay the dealer $450 just to replace the whole pan. Very incompetent and dishonest place; no wonder you have so many negatives reviews. You will be out of business in no time!

Needed same-day tire mount & balance, which Jesse and his team turned around for us in no time at all great price as well. You can tell he’s a great shop manager and makes sure customers are taken care of!

Stan was outstanding and amazing went outbof his way to help me and made ot a very great experice highly reccomed them
Adding to my review when I went back to my car, my service engine light was on. I went in and told them, and Stan immediately got it in and looked at and took care of. It made sure that it was fixed properly, and I was quickly back on my way I definitely recommend this place and would go to Stan with any issues you have he went above and beyond to make my experience the best he could.

Very very pleased with the service I received. They were extremely busy when I brought my car in to have my tire replaced and I told them that I need it changed today. After a short wait they had me back on the road and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be back soon for the othe 3 tires and any future car services that may arise.

People need to stop being skeptical of Marlton Pep Boys just because it’s not the most glamorous experience…because they are the only nearby place that has ever fixed my car within a very reasonable timeframe, given me detailed paperwork explaining their costs, and don’t try to upsell me to the highest degree. It’s so easy to schedule online too. Story time below, if you are interested as to how I came to the above conclusion.
My 2010 car had its first issues in many years. I love it, and wanted to fix it as opposed to replacing it just yet.
At Burns Honda they were rude, overly crowded and understaffed. They didn’t rotate my tires or perform the most basic tasks that were supposed to be included in my general service…I never got an explanation as to why, which in itself is a long and stressful story. Quoted me $6k+ for my needed repairs and tried to convince me to look at new cars.
I decided to go to Pep Boys a few days later. They fixed all of the issues for less than $2k, rotated my tires, and cleaned my interior for free. I considered smaller shops prior, and called three. I only heard back from one, which was super rigid about availability.
I see no reason to keep searching for my *car place*. I’ll just be easily going to Pep Boys. Could the waiting room use a little remodel? Yes. Do I care at this point? No!
Rather have nice service, good communication, and reliable, well priced repairs than the “extras” of a free random coffee or small water bottle in a slightly newer waiting room or lobby. Pep Boys Marlton renewed my assurance that getting my car repaired does not have to be annoyingly stressful. Thank YOU!!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have sent this information to the email address provided by the owner in another review and am awaiting response.
I made a 10am appointment for 4 new tires. I arrived at 0945 and was told it would be 1-2 hours to get me out of the door. At noon, I could see my car on the lift, with none of the tires even having been removed. I spoke with the manager who explained they were having difficulty with the lug nuts, which is common to these Ford models (2017 Fusion SE). The manager informed me I was welcome to go speak with the techs and get a view of the issue myself. I went back and spoke with a tech near my car who told me another gentleman was supposed to be working on it, but he wasn't sure what was going on and he showed me a lug nut on the front passenger side wheel that had damage.
I then relayed this information to the manager, who after speaking with the techs, brought me back to my vehicle again. The manager demonstrated the difficulty they were having on the rear driver side wheel. At this point it was 1230 and the manager informed me I would need all new lug nuts and he did not know how much it would cost or how long it would be. There were now damaged lug nuts on all wheels, some removed, some not.
My biggest issue with the entire process is that I was not consulted after the first lug nut was identified and given the option to proceed with the additional time and money required to complete the job. I am very much understanding of unanticipated barriers arriving, but expect communication. The manager continuously mentioned this is a common issue with these vehicles and it was not a result of his team's handling. I can accept that, but if that is the case, why was I not advised to this point and given the option to proceed or schedule service for another day?
My vehicle was returned to me with the job complete at 2pm. At no point was I given an estimate of time or cost for the lug nuts.
