I came in specifically for a “soak off” to remove my nails. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the service I requested, I was left in significant pain.
A layer of my nail beds was stripped off when a plastic nail was used to remove the nail, despite my repeated requests to simply cut and soak off the nails to avoid injury. When I asked to have it done more gently, I was told it would “take too long.” The result was that I left with bloody, sore fingers, and the only care I was offered was a bandaid.
I was charged $15 for this service, and I am deeply disappointed with the outcome and the lack of consideration for my comfort. Given the circumstances, I do not plan on returning.

Wish I could give zero stars. The second I walked in I felt like immediately I was being talked about. After coming back here after a really long time I was hoping for a good an experience and I was wrong. She did a nice job on my nails but when I came back to get my nails fixed after a week and half the clear coat missing she’s laughing with her coworkers and looking at me while her coworkers down on the end look uncomfortable about what she’s talking about. After getting my nails fixed I’ll never be coming back.

Great place friendly only complaint I got they dress very unprofessional . Made me feel very uncomfortable to be there with my fiancé. Other than that they do a great job with everything

Came In from another nail shop nearby. Experiencing horrible customer service. When I came into this place not only did they want to hear me out they wanted to fix a problem they didn't create. Which to me that says a lot about a business that didn't know me from a can of paint. Saw that I was upset and went above and beyond to make it right and make me happy. Thank you Jennie for an incredible job you did with my nails. It was so good I ended up getting my pedicure done with her. She is absolutely on point and pays attention to details. Just an overall good vibes.

The atmosphere is great. Always welcoming. They do a great job on my nails. Not too expensive. Very happy to there and Judy does such a good job.Manicure price: $34.00

The owner of this establishment just absolutely destroyed my 17 year old daughter's hands. She went in to have fake nails (that were applied here) removed since her nails had grown. The women tried ripping them off instead of soaking them off. Ended up cutting her finger badly. She didn't offer to clean the wound or anything. Just applied nail glue to it. My daughter came home crying with blood all over her hand. She asked the women to stop, then TOLD the women to stop because it was hurting her. She didn't listen. Needless to say, she won't be going back anymore!
