We’ve been there since Jan. 2025. It’s always been clean and bright. I feel safe there by myself. Yesterday (8/13/25) my hubby and I had to move something from storage unit to our car. It was a bit too heavy for us. We looked around and…Rodney to the rescue! He is always smiling and helpful. Yesterday he moved up to next level of service by helping us get those heavy stadium chairs into our car! Thank you Rodney!!!

I was welcomed from the very start with Rodney her at Public storage. The front office was very clean and fresh. The logistics of the tour was excellent from start to finish. He had a list of storage units based on my personal options given, we narrowed it down to a great big unit. But before I decided I wanted to check out another unit; which was the same company. I looked at one and done. Wasn’t a fit for me. So I went back to this facility and Rodney immediately assisted again while given so many great answers to my questions. Excellent hands down. I reserved on-line at a discounted rate. Within minutes I was in my unit. Rodney once again, planned to extra clean the unit, although it was clean and showed me how to set the lock and add the app to my phone with a peace of mind. Very smart technology here. So now I just pull to the gate, have access utilizing my mobile app. Thanks again Rodney for making this a seamless rental process. PS. He checked in the following day to see if I needed anything and if I did also welcome to reach out. Everything starts with customer service. (Focused) Rodney no matter while on lunch or seeing you come

Unit was rented online and process was very easy. The facility/unit is extremely clean. Reasons why I did not give 5 starts...1) I called the facility prior to renting with a few questions. No one answered but did leave a message with no response, 2) No option to opt out of insurance which you discover during final check-out (adds ~$20 per month to cost, and 3) The facility only had 2 carts for transporting your stuff to your unit. When I arrived there were 5 vehicles there and folks just waiting for a cart to be returned. I can't believe a facility of this size only had 2 carts (seriously!).

Rodney is a efficient, personable, amd caring manager! He sincerely cares amd it shows with his exemplary customer service and communication with the renters.
The facility is clean and organized.

Their business model is not customer focused from corporate all the way down. Customers think public storage is a storage company. They are actually a real estate company. They don't care about your loyalty as a customer for long-term use. After a year, you are gonna get hit with a price hike. Location management will tell you they are not sure, but it gonna be 50% or higher. Their 1800 number is a huge problem, Public storage out sources it to India call centers. These Indians have no clue what they are doing. They lie about the properties. You can not get in touch with corporate to get help. Locations staff float between several locations a week at least two locations a day. So many locations are by appointment. At least their competition Extra Space Storage has has staff on site 5 to 7 days a week at their properties. You are going to pay more in monthly rental prices, but you can get a real-life person during office hours. In this area, public storage sites are much older than Extra Spcae locations also. Up keep on these locations is the bare minimum to maximize shareholder interest and profits.

Staff is nice, facility is okay. My complaint is the price hikes!!! They do not want you to stay long bc every few months they will hike your prices. It's insane. The staff can't do anything but send a request to get to reduced for a few months, but that is also not guaranteed.

I spoke with Rodney today at the Route 73 Marlton/Voorhees NJ location and he was able to help me out with what I needed and I received a response right away. Rodney understood my concerns and addressed them immediately and professionally. Thanks again Rodney for the quick turn around time.

The woman I worked with has been doing this for years. She was funny and she really did work with me. I got what I needed at an initial price of 285 a month, which was too much. She set me up in another location for $150 all in albeit a slightly smaller unit but it is what I needed. Great service:)

This place is terrible they offer you an online promotion then jack up the prices after 3 months. I’ve been using public storage since 2017. I will no longer be a customer, I can’t wait to move my belongings to another facility!!
