Tom was great at communicating with me through the whole repair process of my car. My car was towed there the night before and they had it fixed by noon. I was already impressed and then arrived and met Harley the office pup! She was the star of the show and was so friendly. Was a very great shop to work with and I didn’t feel pressured to make any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be returning should my car act up again!

Was quoted $379 to mount and balance 4 tires, BMW dealer quoted $199, Firestone $104.
Have your car worked on elsewhere. These guys are not in touch with reality.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. They had accurate records on my vehicle going back a decade or more for a solid service baseline. The intake was easy and cordial. The work was well performed and on schedule. The friendly welcome by Harley was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to Quality Auto Repair for my next service.

I'm new to Marlton and went to Quality Auto to diagnose and repair a check engine light issue. The repair was completed on time and at the price quoted.
I must have had the problem for awhile until the engine light kicked on, because when I got in and drove the repaired car, it ran like a new engine was put in. I haven't noticed that much of a car performance difference, since I removed the catalytic converter on my '78 Z28 Camaro. I was very happy. Thank you. I'll be back.

Thought I would come here to give a local garage some business. I went to their garage and inquired about an oil change; and was told that it would take an hour. I know that that is excessive. I used to change my own oil and it only took me 10 minutes at the most to drain the oil, change the filter and add new oil. I did not need them to poke around with my car to see what else they think they may be able to repair. They mail advertisements in which they boast about same day service, but they could not accommodate me. So, I went back to my auto dealer.

Extremely trust worthy. Received a mailer about 2 years ago and gave them a shot, so glad I did as it is so hard to find a great and trusting mechanic. Was always going to dealership before and although they did good work it was crushing my wallet and had to book 2-3 weeks in advance. Quality Auto is all in the name, convenient and affordable.

A great experience. I have been going to Quality Auto Repair since they opened. The guys are a pleasure to deal with, and they are straight shooters. The mechanics are very experienced and the owner is hands on. This is an auto repair shop that you can trust, with reasonable rates.

The team at the from desk was great. Though not a 100% their fault they could not deliver on the tires promised. But everything was done on schedule and my truck was clean how I gave it to them. Thanks Scott and team for a great job.
