Son in an emergency need of blood work walked in at 235 and turned away by “the owner” who gets to decide what the priorities are. The close at 3 but she was done for the day at 235. Shameful!!

Got there at 2 pm for bloodwork, needed for a child. It was empty and closes at 3. Woman working said she was done and closing. If your hours say 3 probably should fix it to 2 , if they take no one else after they feel like their done for the day. Told us go somewhere else.

I showed up at 2:20. Nobody in the waiting room. Turned me away. Really don't feel it's necessary to take off work to get blood work done.
What happened to have taking care of the patient. Unreasonable hours. I guess I need to take more PTO to which I don't have to live. Guess my health is not so important to our government or businesses. Thank u I showed up an hour early to closing and was turned away. RIDLICIOUS!!!!!!
Health care should not be 9 to 5!! I work for pharmaceutical and I work 12 hours a day to satisfy a customer.
Quest is horrible!!!!!!!
Guess I will lose more work off to get blood work.

The staff were wonderful. Went out of their way to help. But the facility itself needed a bit of an overhaul. I cant say enough about the staff.

My technician was very attentive and helped me tremendously to make sure my lab results went to the right doctors. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The tech was rude. I advised her up front I was 86%deaf. Regardless, she practically WHISPERED while WEARING A MASK COVERING HER FACE preventing me from lip reading. She appeared to not know what she was doing. I advised he "top hand only" as being a diabetic for 30 years this is the only area where you can tap a vein. Yet she insisted on examining my arms until she could not locate a vein. She asked several questions that did not pertain to her job. This experience was HORRIBLE !

The flabotomist that took care of me was extremely positive and professional! She definitely enjoys her job and customer service!
