Republic Bank is an amazing bank. When I have trouble with a fraudulent situation they were very helpful in closing my account and giving me a direct number to call to report it. I went to the bank and they gave me a new card. Very professional and I don’t understand the other negative comments, but everyone is different I guess or just like to complain to much about about irrelevant situations. ?

Poorly run bank, felt like a DMV. They gave me the wrong information of what I needed several times, so I made multiple trips to open an account. The last time I came in, there was a long wait to be seen because they only had one manager that could open my account. I decided to go down the street to TD Bank.

Republic bank is a joke ! They allow payments to go through when they shouldn’t be when you don’t have the funds. We all know apple cancels Subscriptions when you have insufficient funds. Well republic allows them to go through and then put your account in the negative and then close your account. I called over 5 times to talk to a Manager before Kenny decided to answer the phone his extension is 3438. He laughed at me. He just wanted to yeah yeah yeah me. They don’t take accountability for the things that they do. I called apple and they confirmed they do not get payment unless the BANK accepts it. All apple is allowed to do is REQUEST the payment and they can be denied. Republic takes it upon themselves to accept. And then blame us for it and orginally blamed it on apple. This is a joke of a bank. I will NEVER suggest this company to anyone and the people I know with these accounts I will be telling them to leave. Your managers laugh at your customers and do nothing to help. Completely unprofessional.

The old Commerce has a new name! It’s the original Commerce Bank, now Republic, with a new, updated look and same great customer service! They are unbelievably friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way. Used to bank with the now Green guys after they bought Commerce and completely changed their policies, needless to say, we switched right back to Republic as soon as they opened a branch and we even stay with them now living in a completely different state nowhere near a branch because of their great service.

I inquired about opening a new business account with the aforementioned bank. Upon arrival, I met with assistant manager, Jenn Lewis. Ms. Lewis answered all of my questions and was a true professional in every sense of the word. Needless to say I am now a customer with Republic and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs!

I went into the bank after hours at 4:45pm today to make a cash deposit. When I insert my card into the ATM after getting inside, the ATM held my card for 15 mins and it immediately started to shutdown and then 5 mins later it starts to reboot meanwhile my card is still stuck in the ATM. So I wait and wait hoping that it will reboot and I’d be able to make my deposit but eventually it let go of my card and I walked out very very disappointed because I needed to make that deposit to pay bills, etc. I love Republic Bank and I have been banking with them for about 3 years now I believe and I love everything about it but this experience I had today with the ATM had made me reconsider if I should stay or go to another bank who will be happy to take my money but I will try my hardest not to do that as long as they don’t schedule an ATM reboot when I come in to make a deposit!

I DO NOT trust this bank at all... went to open a checking account with one of the managers. His name was Chris. Come to find out, that he entered my social incorrect in the system so when I went to call customer service to get help with my online banking, they couldn't find any of my accounts. I got transfered to Chris(Marlton) and he said that he was going to send me an email within 5-10 minutes for me to sign. Never received it. So I went into the branch instead. Signed the form, and Chris said he was going to get it processed and give me a call when it's all good. Haven't received that call from him.. waited a couple days. Went into the the Medford location Wednesday night.. come to find out that my social wasn't updated STILL!!! The manager told me that she would get it handled tonight(went in around 7:30ish), and she said she would call me. It's Saturday morning and haven't received a call from either Chris or the manager at the Medford location. I don't trust this bank to handle my money!!!! I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

I usually don't do surveys but the asst manager guy that works in this location is the worst person I have ever come across as a bank specialist and honestly I am not sure why he still has that job. He is rude, lacks customer's service and I am sure he is a miserable person and he brings his misery at to the work place. If there is anything worst than 1 star I would have given it to this joker.

Cant wait for them to make their way north....the next major city will be a no brainer. Excellent service, excellent product, customer centric and poised to take over the industry if they can get into New York City and Long island! You just can't beat them,I dare you to find something better!

Very friendly employees. Having banked with other national, regional, and local institutions, Republic Bank has proven to be the most upbeat and down-to-earth. Their locations are very clean and well-staffed, and of course, they are really bright. As Republic Bank opens more branches, they should look towards improving their online banking and mobile app. They both are fully functioning but could use a refresher. Nonetheless, expect nothing less than the best from Republic Bank.
