“Every time I enter the UPS store on Stokes Road in Medford, New Jersey, I’m greeted by a staff that is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I used to own a popcorn business and they always assisted me in getting my orders out on time. During the holidays, I frequently ship fragile gifts and occasionally a special family heirloom to my family in California. Last year they packaged and sent three large boxes of Christmas dishes, all arriving in perfect condition. Today I needed to sign and email time-sensitive documents, but I do not have a fax machine. Within minutes, the UPS agent had the paperwork copied from an email on my phone and the signed contracts were sent. He even checked that I had received copies in my email for my records. I appreciate having such a professional team of employees handle all of my important shipping and mailing.”

Dylan, A.J., Meredith, Breanna, John, and Jeremy took time to help us resize, print, and cut everything we needed for our big day. They worked with us to keep costs down while making our vision a reality. I recently heard that this store is closing, and I believe it’s a disservice to the Moorestown community. “I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism. I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision. After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated. I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard. Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter. Thank you for your attention. David Melamed”

“This place was incredibly nice professional and clean yesterday we had went to the one on 73 not only was the guy ignorant, but he was very unprofessional so we googled and we came here and this place was so nice professional and respectful and courteous and just unbelievably, I would come here anytime the one on 73. They need to get a new guy there. The guy was just completely ignorant rude, and everything else that you could possibly think of if you gotta have a FedEx delivery go to the one down here in Voorhees next to the Olive Garden grab lunch while you’re there. I first call and spoke to a man than when we got there a wonderful lady help us and she knew what she was doing all I can say is Thank-you”

“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”
