I usually do not write reviews, but I want others to patronize this location. I went in to get a TSA PreCheck by CLEAR. I waited a bit, as the gentleman performing the PreCheck was on lunch. No biggie, he is entitled to his lunch break. Several associates asked me if I needed help as I was waiting and browsing through the store. I will definitely come back to this store if I need any office supplies, as the associates have a grasp of customer service. The gentleman with CLEAR was professional, friendly, and quick. I did not have an appointment, but I did pre-register online.

Staples is and has been the ONLY office supply store I've purchased from in at least the last 10 years!! Their pricing and availability are 100% better than any other office supply store i ever purchased from before.

I don't recommend staples to anybody to scan your documents. Their Xerox machines are the worst scanners in the world and also the most expensive(60 cents a page), even mobile apps are far better.
Their associates would rather chit chat among themselves than helping customers.
At Voorhees local library I get the best possible scanning machine I have ever seen, that too for completely free!
But today being a sunday library was closed. That's why I had to go staples.

Very disappointed with the service. I placed an order for business cards well in advance, but they were never printed—no updates, no communication, nothing. I had a deadline for an important event, and their failure to deliver made me look unprofessional. When I tried to follow up, I got vague responses and no real accountability. Totally unreliable. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a service you can count on.

AJ Assisted me on two occasions. His work ethic is superb. It was a little hectic in the printing department and I needed help as well. (I was alittle annoyed with the copy machines) AJ sprung into action helping several people in a professional and efficient manner. It's hard to find good customer service these days. He made my day.

Convenience of shopping and try before you buy at a local store with the ability to send items directly to my home. Floor sales staff was very helpful but not pushy.
