I had a problem with appointment scheduling. For some reason no appointment was added to the system for the time I asked for… When I called to confirm I was told not to come at all on that day. But after consulting with Cheryl Andrade, I was told to come 2 hrs later so I could be accommodated. It was Very Nice that Cheryl A. had stayed late to give me a haircut. She tried her best as always. It really was important for me then to have it done on that particular day. Thanks a lot Cheryl! Lana B.

I have been going to Suede Salon for years, and every visit is consistently amazing. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, creating a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Linda is a fantastic manicurist—her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. My manicures always look flawless and last beautifully. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and always has great suggestions for colors and designs.
Dana is an incredible colorist. She really listens and delivers results that go above and beyond. The color turns out rich, vibrant, and exactly how I pictured it. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does.
Dawn is a gem. She’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Her shampoo and scalp massage are unlike any other—so relaxing that it feels like a spa treatment. She has such a gentle, calming touch, yet is thorough and precise. She always leaves my hair feeling soft, clean, and completely refreshed. Dawn is a true professional who brings warmth and comfort to every appointment, and I always look forward to seeing her.
I highly recommend Suede Salon and these amazing people- they’re the best!

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently had an eyelash extension service here and everything about it was horrible. She was way too rough with my lashes, used a glue remover to get the glue off my lashes and it burned my eyes so badly but she just acted like it wasn’t an issue. She used way too much glue to the point where I couldn’t open and close my eyes afterwards or blink without them sticking together. The actual application was horrible and so was the experience; Carly should not be doing lashes. I also called explaining the situation to try and get a refund and I received no call back or acknowledgement. Disappointed is an understatement.

Yesterday I was so lucky to get my bridal hair done by Jessie! She really took her time and really made me feel comfortable, my hair stayed all day in the heat AND all night!!! Carly did my make up and she did an incredible job! Both these ladies made me feel gorgeous thank you so much!!!

I explained to the stylist that my hair pulls red & I ALWAYS end up w Brassy tones, which I HATE!!! I don’t wanna have to tone it or use purple shampoo to get rid of the brassiness! I simply want blonde highlights, not golden blonde not strawberry blonde just blonde!! Even after showing them the top picture of what I was looking for, I ended up with the bottom picture. Not only do I have a lot of brassiness, but I have these uneven lines on my head. That looks terrible when I put my hair up for work. I waited a whole year to have my hair cut and colored to get a fresh start. I could’ve gotten that look using a box color and done it myself.

The front desk associates make it pretty impossible to book an appointment. I wanted to do a spa package, I had flexible dates, and I still had to talk to multiple people because they just could not understand.
Was put on hold multiple times, promised a called back multiple times, got ghosted and finally when i did speak to someone we had to be given off to someone else each time and retell the same story and give the same info. Do you want my money or not?! Everyone gave different responses or literally said they didn’t know. I honestly feel bad for the employees who provide services because I genuinely think they’d have more appointments with better front staff.
Someone I talked to on Wednesday said the spa package requires a deposit of half the price- so I call the next day to do that and they charge me the full amount because they don’t do deposits. Is anyone on the same page?
All said and done I cancelled my appointment because I don’t even feel confident I’d have a good experience at this point as it’s been hell just trying to set it up. Will NOT be recommending this place.
