I needed help desperately in order to get documents together In order to send in an application for an apartment. My house was sold and I was very nervous about getting this application done with documentation and needed my bank statements etc. It was near closing time. A customer service representative named Icohn Morressett helped me. He not only saw to it that I had the documents needed, buy he stayed after hours to help me through the process of the application and made sure that I had everything needed to send to the leasing company all the way up to hitting send on the application. I'm a 78 year old widow and was extremely nervous and emotional at that time and he made me feel seen. I'm waiting for a response from the apt but I can rest assured that everything was done correctly. I thanked him profusely and he said that he would want someone to be there if it was his grandmother. Thank you Ichon.

Icohn was my representative today and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and greeted me with a smile. I enjoy doing business at the Evesboro store as Icohn has always assisted in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner.

Extremely slow especially customer service, except for the lady, they deliberately take longer and sweet time with each customer so they don’t have to work more. Less knowledge and try not helping much.

Went to this branch 3 weeks ago with my mom to get her a new debit card because her old one was compromised. They gave her a hard time about identity though she had her drivers license with updated address. They wanted mail with proof of residence. I went with her the second time with proof of address. We are waiting 3 weeks and no debit card. I call the customer service number and was told that the card had been mailed out to an address she hasn’t lived at for over 4 years ! The customer service rep on the phone cancelled the card that was mailed, updated her address, and put an order to expedite. I spoke to a supervisor and she took my formal complaint. She will forward it to the branch manager. I will never step foot in this branch again. Thank God no one used that card because her account could have been wiped out.

Was very fortunate to sit down with Icohn. He did my name change on all of my accounts on a very busy day. He was very patient, and personable. Went back in a few times for some loose ends and he was waiting for me with a smile. Also asked him for a new debit card and he quickly made one without hesitation.Icohn is a great asset to TD bank !!

Horrible branch. At their discretion they held a deposit of mine in a 6 business day hold. I verified with the bank the check was drawn on, that the funds were released to them znd the still refused to make my funds available

Waited 50 minutes just to be told they couldn't send me text verification. Called TD to verify my phone could receive text notifications even though I already had at a different location two days prior. I was one of three people in the location and it was as if they forgot I was even there. Went to a different location and was helped and out the door within ten minutes. Never going back to this location.

Unable to perform a simple transfer, but worse is the overall unprofessional attitude displayed by customer service representatives. Some seem uninterested helping but rather annoyed providing service to the customers. Will try other branch.

Pros - ???Cons - Minimum amount needed = X, we will randomly charge you Y maintenance fee making X lower than requirement so now on top of the Y maintenance fee you pay Z surcharge for being under requirement. You have now paid us at least $50 for no good reason.The hours are PATHETIC. Closing typical work days from 5-6pm? When people are coming home from work and would like to cash their check?I disliked them enough when they were Commerce Bank, TD took it to another level of incompetence.

If this is the bank on greentree and church across from wawa....in all my years on this earth, This is the 1st time I've ever felt like a criminal in a professional banking institution. I had gone in to move moneys in a joining account with my wife to different accounts using our accounts, I was told her debit card can not be used by me cause it may be stolen Which made no sense to me since I can use it in the ATM machine They said she needed to be present at the desk Then proceeded to harass me before finally saying I was on the joint account and i can fill out a withdrawal and deposit slip. It was that simple but not before they refuse to give me a pen to to sign the slips The main person in charge was Trish who stared me down and wanted nothing to do with me. I called corporate to put a complaint in and it took 10 minutes for them and having to process me to make sure I was legit and asking about a lot of questions just to get to a complaint Stay away from this bank medford and Medford Lakes 100% more professional and caring. Enjoy your day and enjoy life stay happy

Do not waste your time with TD Bank. I just waited 15 minutes at this TD Bank to add my wife to an account. I was told by the clerk that they were unable to help and that I would have to wait for customer service. I decided to call customer service to add my wife instead of waiting, and customer service directed me to go back to the store. TD Bank this is 2022 and customers should not be forced to wait in line at your branches to service their accounts. Your online banking and phone banking are a joke.
