I had a horrible experience at this store! No one would help me I was ignored and over looked several times! The cashier Natalee was very rude. I spent over $300.00 and I didn’t appreciate how I was treated!

Charlene at the register is so kind! I have seen her a few times before and I shop at Ulta at lot and she is a doll whenever I see her! She helped me use my points for my purchase and was very thorough and helpful! All of the employees are so nice and the store is always very clean and nicely set!

I just left Ulta and I had an Eye Brow treatment with Diana, it’s nothing like I’ve ever ever had before in my life, all the salons. I’ve been to charge very high prices and you go in and you get a couple plukc and a little bit of waxing and cutting and you’re on your way this was an entirely different experience with Diana, its a whole Eye Brow service, they actually map out your eyebrows cater to your face and you leave looking like you’re a brand new person with eyebrows like you’ve never had before, you’ve got to go to Diana and check this out. She’s absolutely amazing! marisa mango.

I had the BEST experience with Diana at the brow bar. She took her time, was very sweet, and my eyebrows have never looked better! After having a really bad experience at another Ulta’s brow bar, I am so happy that I found Diana and I will be coming to her and only her from now on!

Diana in the brow bar goes above and beyond! I used to go to another location but came to Diana because it’s on my way home from work and she kills it every time! Will not go any where else!

I got a haircut this past Sunday with Kristen. She went above and beyond and really took her time. She’s a perfectionist. Kristen made sure I loved my cut, which I did. Can’t recommend enough. I also want to mention the customer service agent who I booked the appointment with on the phone. Her name is Marta. Marta was extra nice and thorough on the phone and went out of her way to accommodate me with an appointment. I saw her interacting with other customers when I went in and she was just as great. Marta is top-notch!
