The service at this store is very deficient to say the least. I set up an appointment at 5:20 pm for contact lenses. I was at the store at 5:00 pm and was not seen until after 5:30. I was told they couldn't finish the appointment because the exam was an hour long and the doctor was supposed to leave at 6:00 pm. They have done this exam several times and did not care to advise me about the timeline. I need glasses urgently. In addition, they told the store closed at 6:00 pm. when it actually closes at 7:00 pm. The attendants at the front desks are liers and did not care about my time, nor my son's needs.

Robyn is a Gem! Give this lady a raise! I went to Target Optical across the street a few years back got the wrong RX from the Dr. there and all they were trying to sell was a bed of goods. I recently went to Premier Eye Associates for an exam and again I felt like right from the door its just snakeoil. They don't even know how to just get a sale let alone close one. I should have just went to Visionworks from the start. I certainly will for my next exam. Robyn is patient, kind and with 40 years experience you get the service you expect. I would trust her with my grandparents. Visionworks isn't just trying to sell something like I have read of other reviews from the other two companies I went to. I highly recommend this Visionworks and ask for Robyn! I will be back, and I will be recommending anyone else who asks me to them. You won't be disappointed!

Dedicated staff to making the patient feel comfortable. First time to a major market optical shop in over 30 years, and it felt like the place I left do to them no longer have convenient hours for my schedule.

The employees are great. Very easy transaction. I got glasses from here in November my dog chewed them luckily I bought the damage insurance. I brought in my damaged pair and they reordered me a new pair at no extra charge.

We had a pleasant experience at Visionworks. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The store was very a pleasant environment. The glasses were available for us to try on at our leisure, we will continue to go there
