This store sucks, the mobile orders are never on the rack. They leave the bags in the deli window area and just put the drinks in the pick up area near beverage. There were two unfinished orders alongside mine in the window area while the two workers were by the register, looked like the older lady was buying cigarettes smh.

Don't even waste your time trying to get fuel. The 3 pump jockeys were standing around talking while I and 2 other customers we're waiting. After 5 mins, I just drove away.

Absolutely nasty customer service. It was on 12/14 around 6 pm. Rude, unprofessional. The chicken burger was dry and burnt. When I asked them to change it for me, they said “no”. They said that is the way it cooked . That’s crazy

Today I received my third Latte that had expired cream in it. I will never go back here. I didn't even waste my time getting a new one because the last time the new latte was sour as well. It is disgusting.

This Wawa location offers the expected convenience with the added benefit of fuel prices that are competitive, particularly when compared to neighboring Pennsylvania. However, a notable area for improvement is the restroom facilities, which were found to be less than satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and usability. Attention to this detail would enhance the overall customer experience.

Just had a terrible experience here when it’s normally good. I ordered food from the screen and the people making the food never told me my food was ready and it was sitting there nearly 20 minutes from the ticket time and it wasn’t busy. When I asked politely if my order was there, they handed me a bowl that had no ticket number on it so obviously they didn’t announce the order. When I asked what happened they didn’t care and just brushed me off. How do you just not care and have someone wait so long for a quick meal. Won’t be ordering from here especially when the workers don’t even care. Who knows what they’re doing to your food.

Just called marlton wawa and asked where the rest of my food was. Apparently there was no bag that maybe the delivery driver left and was told to get a refund like that helps that my food was not made in its entirety and was not still sitting in pick up. Then was left on the phone while the cashier was clearly heard ringing out other wawa customers.

I come there everyday because I work near here. But today will be my last day. The little short brunette cashier was so rude. There was a lady in front of me she got cigarettes wasn’t asked for her id. Then gets to me. I get to the register and tell her what I need she immediately says what in the rudest manor then asked for my id when she didn’t id the other lady but I showed her the part to scan as I always do. It was just so nasty. I will not be coming back
