“Ok I know there are some bad reviews, but I haven't had any issues. They do a good job, my car is always clean, and it's a fair price. Lines can be long on nice weather weekends so go early. Also looks like they're rebranding as Urban Xpress Car Wash, but same owners. They're getting some new equipment I was told in the wash bay but as of today it's not in yet.”

“Got a great interior detail, by Jr & Sr. Took out the cigarette smell from a 2013 Ford Explorer and made all of the interior look as close to factory as a 13 year old car can get before replacing parts. Thanks again for a fantastic detail.”

“This place had A1 customer service. I found a car on FB Marketplace that was at his dealership. I called to inquire about it and set up an appointment with Anthony to test drive. When I got there I met his son. I loved the vehicle, it was nice and clean. The process was really smooth, I got approved really quickly and now I’m driving a vehicle that I love. A lot of these dealerships are sharks and predators but not Anthony. He’s one of the good guys. Would definitely refer friends and family to buy their next car from him.”
“I've been to other shops,I have been treated fairly well but had to wait 2 days while my vehicle was being serviced. Here it's been a better experience the top mechanic is great, the owner although looks tough has a good way of talking to you and listening to your issues. If you're going for an oil change make the appointment first. They seem to be busy. If they can't work on your vehicle you'll be told. So far I only had good experience with them. Don't hesitate and visit them. I gave a 4 star because I believe the best is still yet to come.”

“My experience with Gerald and his staff, including Lauren, Pete and every other accommodating person working for him was nothing less than outstanding! I was referred to them for body work on my car following an accident. Not only did they do the job well but they washed my car and had it ready for me hours before they promised it to me. None of the stereotypical issues associated with businesses in the industry were even remotely present. What a relief from what I’ve experienced in the past! I was treated like family. They took all of the headache and aggravation out of a normally grueling process and made it seamless. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them! “Large facility with plenty of vacuum stations, included with no additional charge. The free to use towels are a little damp and some smell musty, probably because a customer threw it back into the clean bin instead of the used bin.”

It's a real shame there are very rude customers that will disrespect other customers. I was there today around 12:30 pm and I politely asked someone to move their vehicle so I can leave since they had a customer complaint about a missing item.
Another customer comes from no where to defend her and was shouting and cursing at me. She threatened to follow me home. She wasn't even who was asked to move her vehicle. Insulting my appearance and a vulgar request made me realize I should back up my car and leave accordingly.
Amazing customer service as the crew helped the needy customer and ignored the negative behavior of the person threatening me. Shame on both customers for making the situation worse, for both, in allowing someone to speak on her behalf. I hope you got your car vacuum back but remember that the person who spoke on your behalf also disrespected another customer on your behalf. That was unnecessary. I didn't want to burden management any further as they assisted both awful people. $30 for a car wash doesn't warrant you to speak to others that way. Shame on both of them.
Be better than that customers. This crew works very hard to clean our vehicles. Clean your own car if you can't handle others asking politely of you.
