Ah, Barnes & Noble - the land of infinite books and the occasional overpriced coffee. It's the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon, browsing through the shelves and pretending to be intellectual. Walking through the doors, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of paper and ink. It's like a bookstore air freshener on steroids. But hey, I'm not complaining. I love the smell of a good book as much as the next person. As I perused the stacks, I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store. So many books, so little time (and money). And let's not forget about the fancy bookmarks and journals that I don't need but must have. It's a dangerous game, my friends. But then there's the cafe. Ah, the cafe. The place where you can spend $5 on a cup of coffee and feel like a sophisticated member of society. It's the perfect spot to people-watch and eavesdrop on conversations that are far more interesting than your own. Overall, Barnes & Noble is a great place to get lost in the world of literature and spend way too much money on things you don't need. And who knows, you might even learn something along the way (but let's not get too crazy).

Great spot. 1) They have all the TCNJ apparels in the store. 2) They have a nice lounge area for tea, coffee, and snacks. 3) Good selections of books and reading materials. 4) Overall, very nice ambiance.

i’ve been out sick with covid and i called the store stated i was unable to return my book and the woman on the phone was very rude to me. As i was trying to explain why i wasn’t able to return it, she blatantly cut me off. Then i continued stating i had covid and then once again cut me off saying there were alternatives. well if i knew that i wouldn’t be calling you now would i? rude for no reason. i’m sorry you hate your job but don’t take it out on me.

First Time there. A lot of eatery shops for campus students which is a plus. Nice and quiet.

Nice building and set up but the atmosphere is NOT inviting to people of color. I have in this esyablishment several times and each time it's the same. Recently, I went inside at the direction of a student as I was looking for directions. I approached the help desk. There were 2 women at first - one with glasses, thin and another one with dark hair, heavyset, then another one arrived with all black on. It appeared that she had some authority. They were condescending, unkind, unpleasant, impolite, stand- offish, overtly racist to the point that my son asked me if I was alright, This place is absolutely horrible and I wish that I could give it a ZERO !! There's not one time that I've entered this establishment and was welcomed with kindness. The entire staff needs to be diversified. This is not a place for people of color, especially the darker hue!!
