He spent almost an hour with me in the scorching sun trying to figure out how to remove the battery box to find the battery. He then changed it and tested the lift before closing the box. He even went so far as to check the fuses on the charger to make sure they were working as well. Bob really went above and beyond when he could have justifiably given up.”
