I'm tired of being constantly asked to verify my account and questioned when I make cash withdrawals. These aren't even large amounts that would normally be flagged as suspicious. Might be better off getting an account someplace else.

I recently had my second highly frustrating experience with Justin, that left me feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. I had scheduled an appointment at the bank with great anticipation, only to have it abruptly canceled without any valid explanation or consideration for my time.First and foremost, the cancellation of the appointment was conveyed to me at the very last moment, leaving me in a state of complete inconvenience and frustration. Not only did this waste my valuable time, but it also disrupted my schedule, causing unnecessary stress and hassle.Furthermore, what astounded me was the complete lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Truist Bank. I received no prior notification or explanation for the cancellation. It is simply unacceptable for a reputable financial institution to treat its customers in such a careless manner. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead, I was met with sheer indifference and disregard.The impact of this canceled appointment was not limited to me personally but extended to the financial matters I had planned to discuss. I had important queries and concerns that required immediate attention, and the cancellation has left me hanging with no resolution in sight. It is disheartening to see how little Truist Bank values its customers' needs and fails to recognize the importance of their financial concerns.Additionally, the lack of alternative options or attempts to reschedule the appointment was equally disappointing. Instead of making any effort to rectify the situation, Truist Bank left me feeling disregarded and neglected, making it evident that they prioritize their convenience over their customers' satisfaction.As a result of this dismal experience, I am seriously reconsidering my ongoing relationship with Truist Bank. If they cannot fulfill their basic commitments and respect the value of customers' time, then I question their competence in handling more significant financial matters. It is evident that there are serious flaws in their customer service protocols and an urgent need for improvement.In conclusion, my canceled appointment today was an incredibly disheartening and inconvenient experience. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and disregard for my time and concerns have left me with a profound sense of disappointment. I sincerely hope that Truist Bank takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to address these issues, ensuring that other customers do not have to endure similar subpar treatment in the future.

These people keep calling me looking for someone named Elizabeth who apparently gave them my number. I have asked them a million times to remove me and they refuse to and just continuously call and leave voicemails.

Horrible bank the banker “manager” was very inappropriate and lacked manners. The teller was very unpleasant. I’ve been waiting for almost a month to hear back from them regarding my interaction with them.I hope this draws some attention.

Horrible bank .. Gave me wrong information, Made me travel an hour to come to bank and when i made it and got to their premises 15 minutes before they close, told me they will not talk to me as they will close soon. Zero sense of customer service

Tried to reach the loan department. Was put on hold and kept there for over an hour!when somebody finally came on in, Told her what I was interested in about a loan.She said "OK, pls.hold on", Then put me on hold again for at least a half an hour, After which call got dropped.So I tried one more time, I had a very similar very bad experience with an hour or so wait time getting a second person who put me on hold, and then the phone went dead.Hard to believe this bank is able to do any business with anyone!By far the worst and most disorganized customer service I ever had from any bank.

The account that they have if you are 50 or over has no fees and actually reimburses you for out of network ATM fees. The tellers are pleasant, there is never a long line, it's a wonderful bank.
