This is a great business to work with. Whether it is self storage, U-Haul rentals, the garden center, outdoor furniture or their Big Green Egg smokers, everything they do, they do with a commitment to quality and high-level customer service. It's why I keep going back for any needs in any of these areas. As they say: people do business with people they like and respect, and the family and team at Buxton's is the best!

Had storage for almost 20 yrs. sometimes 2 units. staff always friendly and accommodating. Easy access and common areas always clean and neat. Need to move from area or most likely would still be there.

Great facility, great people and reasonable prices. Safe, clean, and convenient. I have had an indoor unit for several year and have never had any issues or complaints.

The storage unit is nice and clean. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful, however I have had to contact the office myself for access to my unit after making a payment. Then unit should be accessible as soon as payment is received. I couldn’t get into my unit and missed an appointment because the office was not yet open.

I went in looking for a very particular sized box and the staff was absolutely amazing helping me find exactly what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend checking this business out for your needs regarding packing supplies! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I rarely almost never leave bad reviews but the women ar this facility warrant full transparency into the INCREDIBLY RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I find it truly unbelievable that a company with such heavy customer interaction would be RUDE. I returned a truck at 1pm which was my contracted time. This was separate and independent from the store hours. However, two women coming SCREAMING out, yelling directions. They obviously wanted to leave but that doesn’t excuse being SO RUDE. Telling everyone I know that this site has the worst customer service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I’m calling corporate.
