Great experience all around! Can’t say enough about all interactions with the service staff as well as the work done on my vehicle. Job completion timeline was as promised with progress updates sent via text throughout, reception (Jocelyn) was friendly and helpful, Jason the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and professional but refreshingly down to earth. He not only delivered on everything promised at drop off, but made sure no detail was missed (even the ones I forgot)! I was truly amazed by the outstanding service I received at Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and efficiency — his communication and customer service were top-notch.
The bodywork done by the technician was impeccable. My vehicle looks brand new again, and you can tell the craftsmanship was done with precision and pride. And I have to give a special shoutout to Tom, the painter — his work is absolutely flawless. The finish on my car is stunning, and it’s clear he’s a master of his craft.

Adding to my review after my 3rd car repair for accident damage to say that everyone here was friendly, helpful and did a great job every time. None of the repairs were simple either. I didn’t have to go back for any adjustments after any repair was completed, though they did make me feel comfortable to do that. If it weren’t for these folks I’d probably give up and buy a big roll of bubble wrap. Thank you!
