I had an appointment at this location on 12/4. I hoped I will get a quality service. I don't even know if there is an issue with my car, I have a sound, maybe it is not important. I got there with my wife, I thought we will have our service done within a logical time frame. The appointment was at 11 am. We were on time. K. accepted us. He told us that we might have to drop off the car, this was news to me since I was not told about that when setting up the appointment. I told K. If we can have a diagnosis so that I can come back and drop the car. They don't offer loaner cars or lifts. Then he went in, service manager C. arrived and told us that Noone will give a look at our car for another 2 hours. C. Said it was lunch break even though it was 11. I asked why I was not told about that and C. Was bossy and cocky. It was like my fault to make that appointment. He told me he isn't responsible for anything and also he didn't know who gave me the appointment. He also said there is nothing to be sorry for and it was like I was not welcome in that place. I don't know what C. didn't like about me but these people are not responsible caring people I made sure. I don't recommend this place to anyone

Lies! Lies! Lies!
Be sure to get everything in writing. Worked with Jay to get a rental, while my car was in the shop. Was told multiple times the cost for the rental will be covered by the Ciocca Kia. Called multiple times during the rental period and was reassured that this would not be out of pocket. 20 days later after turning in the vehicle, I got hit with a bill for $1670. The service manager says there’s nothing they can do, and to call Kia corporate. I did and they said it’s at the discretion of the dealer. So after bringing both of my Kia’s there for the last 6 years, I get the generic “there’s nothing we can do” . Even though during that time. Jay screwed over a bunch of other customers, and he was a known problem. But the constant reassurance that everything will be covered and then to get hit with a bill is extremely unethical. And to top it off if they called asking when am I going bring my vehicle in for service. Just be sure to get everything in writing.

Don’t waste your time! We drove over an hour with serious interest in a particular vehicle. I called the number posted in the morning and they confirmed it was in stock and set up an appt. I again confirmed this before we left. When we got there, the salesperson couldn’t find the key, after waiting, another guy came out with him and told us the car was sold wholesale that morning. The other guy then tried to sell us the same model a year older with 20k more miles for only $500 less. A complete waste of time and gas. They clearly do not have communication between their online sales team and the people in store.

Jeff, nick, and the whole team at KIA were AMAZING ! Very detailed oriented and made us feel very comfortable with purchasing our vehicle ! Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer ship ! So excited with my 2023 KIA sportage purchase ! Will def be recommending them to everyone I see !! Thank you again 😊

Absolutely total lack of customer service. My mother and I have been going back and forth with them and it’s been almost 6 months and still no response. The “finance director” Zach Ward doesn’t even reply to messages.

STAY AWAY!!
I received the car in a damaged condition, Ciocca call it as new car. I captured the images as soon as it was delivered at home. Other than a tear on the front door, the car was not delivered clean. Few oil stains on the middle row seats and a lot of dust. I did not feel I received a new car. I shared these images with dealership, but they don't care. They fixed dent after I keep on calling and I was ready to return the car. Images speaks how their service is.

Jeff, Eric and Matt at Ciocca Kia were absolute pleasures to work with. My mother in law was in a pinch and needed a new car quickly and they were able to seamlessly arrange a deal for us that worked around our schedule. From initial conversations, through finance and getting the keys, all stages were straight forward, helpful and positive. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much team!

My wife and I ended up buying a pre owned Honda Hr-V there last Friday. We ended up signing the paperwork and getting what we wanted. We set a pick up for Monday and said we'd be over after work in between 5-6pm. There was some interior cleaning, gasing up, and old stick pads for car mounts that they said they would remove.
My wife and I went there all excited to get the car. We get there at 515pm. The car was not gassed up. The car interior was not cleaned. The car salesman acted like it was his first time seeing the car since Friday. He then followed me around the car and took photos of the dirty car. The detailer of course left by that time and nobody could clean it. What dealership has you spend money and doesnt even take care of their inventory. If you cant trust them to do the easiest thing in car sales, what makes you think you can trust them in the more important things. They were quick and efficient on taking money of course, but failed horribly in the cleanliness and timeliness of a promise. We live an hour away and their solution was just come back and give us an hour to clean it....yea let me waste 4 hours of my day in the middle of a work week because you cant clean a car in 2 days time. They offered me 150 dollars to get the interior detailed and they would reimburse it via check. It took them A Days to get it in writing that they would do that. Absolutely no customer service or care for the customers. They fail to do a job and put it on the customer to remedy. Been to many other dealers and bought cars for a long time, not once have I ever been given a dirty car.

The Kia service department is not professional & the mechanics they have working are not equipped. I went in for a oil change & tire rotation on my 2024 Kia and after complete i drove off before fully getting on olden my car was shaking & making noise. I was told the technician didnt tighten the bolts.

I received a call yesterday asking if I wanted to schedule service with them! I laughed and asked if they were joking. The woman on the phone was confused I explained the whole situation and said I still to this day have not heard from anyone from your dealer ship. All they keep saying well that’s not the Ciocca way. Well apparently it is! Because she said she would get someone to reach out to me I’m not holding my breath. But it just proves that when they comment saying they will look into it that it’s a lie. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE all they do is lie!

they fixed the scratches the next day but no one has reached out to me. Why should I call you when every time I call no one answers the phone. I sent a email with pictures and proof of calls and scratches and also screenshots of them leaving my car unlocked over night when they left for the day. They lock up there brand new cars but not mine? They say they are about customer service what a joke.
STAY AWAY!!
Went to look at new cars told salesman I wasn’t quite ready to buy yet was ignored. Until I got a call back from the sales manger. About a 2 month later I bought a car. Got sent a letter there was a recall on my call brought it in dropped it off. Was told it would be done no later than 7pm I called around 5 to see if it was done yet left a message. Never got a call back that day I called the next day 4 times left 4 messages and never received a phone call back! I called a corporate number finally got a hold of someone and I told them I was not happy with them and I was coming to pick up the car. Got there they couldn’t find the key at 1st they eventually found it. When I got home I found a big scratch on my door called them the actual answered the phone this time and I told them about the scratch the person on the phone basically didn’t believe me! I called another number to try and talk to someone besides the service department. Of course no one picked up! I asked for a call back explained the whole situation to the person on the phone they said they would try and transfer me to a manger. I am currently on hold I have been on hold for over 20 minutes! They claim they are about customer service THAT IS A LIE!! Ciocca will never get a dime of my money ever again!!!

Kia is a good, if not great car, but these guys are not trustworthy. Find another dealer. The staff at this location say one thing and do another on all fronts during the process. So, in short, just go to another dealer.
