Even though we live an hour away from Glanzmann, we continue to work with them because they are an amazing family-run business with terrific employees and great support. They will do everything they can to help you without ever being pushy. It's a tough line to straddle in sales, but they do it incredibly well. My family has purchased and leased multiple vehicles from them over the years and will continue to do so whenever we need a new car.
Alex (along with Mark, Marc, and likely others) helped us with our new Ascent and we're incredibly grateful for his help. We know he put a lot of time and effort into making this happen for us, going well above and beyond what most sales people might be willing to do.

I have purchased 4 Subaru Outbacks from this dealership. The first two were fine. My 2019 Outback had electrical damage in the dashboard as soon as I drove it, and was never fixed. In 2021, I brought it in to have tires and brakes inspected prior to winter. They said everything was fine. A month later, I slid on snow into a tree. Upon bringing it to another mechanic, I was told that the tires were bald, and the brakes needed to be replaced. It appears that Subaru never actually looked at either. Then 4 years into it, it started burning oil quickly. I brought it in, and would cost 10K to fix. I traded it in, and was told that I would get a 1.9% APR, which was quickly changed when I started the paperwork to 5%. I purchased the car on 10/6, and drove it for maybe an hour before I noticed a squeeking sound from the roof rack. It was services for 5 days the next week, and given back to me. It was not fixed, and I have now brought it in, and they have had it for 2 weeks, and still haven't fixed it. DON'T BUY SUBARUS! They are not reliable. Believe me.

Miles was wonderful! He was kind, professional, and helpful. We needed to buy a car right away and Glanzmann made it an easy, low pressure process. Miles even put a bow on the car because it happened to be my birthday 😂. I highly recommend Glanzmann. We will be purchasing our vehicles there in the future. Glanzmann is a far drive from us, but it’s worth it!

Chris, Miles, and the finance dude (I apologize for not remembering your name) were very nice to work with during the purchase of my certified pre-owned vehicle. I appreciate there were no tactics to use high pressure sales (like Ciocca), they did not tell me that the clutch is fine (when there's hardly any clutch left [unnamed dealer]), and answered all questions without hesitation. There were no assumptions of what I know of vehicles as a woman. Even if all you know is the color of your car and it goes from Point A to B, then you should be able to purchase a vehicle here without issue. Note: they will not haggle on the price of the vehicle, bumper to bumper is worth it (not sure about add ons for tires, rims, etc.) and ask your auto insurance for the rider where the model year is treated as 2 years newer.

By far, the most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had! Purchasing a new car these days, given the prices, complexities of the vehicles, and choices available, can be trying, and yes a bit intimidating, even for an experienced purchaser. Kim Barsky, at Glanzmann Subaru in Hatboro, PA, made it easy and pleasant -- and at the right price. I'm very happy with my new Crosstrek!
At the outset I was fairly certain about the type of vehicle I was looking to buy, the features I wanted and the price range and terms I would be comfortable with. Before going to Glanzmann Subaru I looked at four other vehicles that generally met my requirements. While I was generally familiar with the Subaru brand, having done my due diligence in advance, I'd never owned one and the last time I drove one was at least five years ago.
Glanzmann, and Kim in particular, were recommended to me by a knowlegeable friend whose judgement I respect. I was not disappointed. Kim immediately understood what I was looking for and worked to find me a vehicle that would match my requirements. The process was truly stress-free. No pressure tactics (as is the case with some dealerships), no attempt to up-sell and no bait-and-switch. Even after I settled on the car with the features I was looking for, and we moved to the pricing and financing stage, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to finalize an agreement that I felt was fair and equitable.
At every stage of the process -- from the moment I walked into the dealership until the delivery of my new car, I found Kim, and the staff and management of Glanzmann Subaru to be attentive to my needs, helpful in explaining the various safety and technology features of the vehicle I was interested in, and respectful of the goals I established for this purchase. I can truly recommend Kim Barsky and Glanzmann Subaru without any hesitation.

What a wonderful experience I had with the team at Glanzmann. Start to finish even while just window shopping until after my purchase and following up. My family has gone with Glanzmann for two of our vehicles now and we miraculously got the same specialist both times months apart. Miles at Glanzmann was exceptional and he remembered everything about me and my family. A very helpful young man and if there was a way for you to request someone, you should look for Miles. 10/10 (hopefully don’t need to) but if I did I would certainly go for another one with him and the team at Glanzmann
