Not comfortable at all first room refrigerator did not work at all. Was told by Justin the manager that it's cool not cold whatever that means. Moved to another room tv does not work. I recommend staying somewhere else with more to offer. Jerry the night shift and Justin the manager do not care that you spen money.

Good location. Clean, quiet, pleasant. Front desk staff was kind, even returned a lunch box I left in the room without hassle. Only annoyance is Remote Key was not granted until I stopped by the front desk.

Nice size room with a comfy bed and nice shower. AC could work a little better but it blew all night which was good. Dog friendly. Indoor pool and gym.

General Manager and Staff went above and beyond. My sister had to get surgery at Capital Health Hopwell, and they made everything very comfortable. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Great hotel. This is literally 5 minutes away from the airport. Very convenient. A drive a 5 minute drive away to stores and local food and gas stations. I loved that they had a weight room and a pool with a lift for elderly.
They also have sandwiches and snacks and beverages and alcohol in the lobby.
The lobby is big. A lot of parking as well. I enjoyed my room it had a lounge area with a sofa I can truly relax. I also had a good view outside. It feels safe and away from heavy traffic from the city. Staff was great. I recommend your stay as a clean and nice room tend to be more enjoyable that something else. Room had everything I needed and even an area in the shower to sit on. Come and stay here I highly recommend it for your stay here in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. It's next door. Thanks for your time. Horrible horrible experience, apparently the hotel was getting repairs done which was never mentioned in the booking process. The day of check in I asked if I can get a different room due to the noise the second day at 430 pm it was no water I called the front desk and this woman told me oh it will be a hour and hung up on me then I called customer service and was offered 5000 points as if that will make things better. The third day at 830am I go to turn the shower on and it’s ice cold I called the front desk once again and spoke to a manager and she refunded me one night as if that was satisfaction which it wasn’t. I explained to her if the customers are inconvenience why let people stay here? She rushed me off the phone. I will get in touch with this property manager today. The professionalism was horrible. On top of it all I killed a stank bug in my room and they have a nerve to charge me over 400 dollars for my stay. That place need to be shut down I will NEVER stay there again.Food & drinks: I have nothing good to say about this place

It's a very nice hotel, just off I95.The staff were helpful, rooms nice. I didn't eat there, breakfast is offered at the lobby bistro, the area was very clean and nice. It was a quick 2 night visit over Thanksgiving. I didn't explore/use the amenities.

No water in my room, unless you count a trickle. There for my son's wedding so a shower would have been nice. Key card failed every time we tried to use it. Room had stink bugs in it. Very overpriced. Food also overpriced and no lunch.Food & drinks: Overpriced

Fan in room didn't work, and front desk would not offer any help. I finally figured out how to open the window, which opened very little bit and cooled the room a bit.Some of VERY THIN towels and soap had been used by someone else.

Rooms were nice, service not so much. Lack of communication between employees. I ended up having to wake my mother (who had checked us in before I arrived) at 2am.
