First time customer today with their “self serve” dog wash and I can’t tell you how excited I was! If you want a bath in between grooming, they provide everything you need to do it yourself. Super friendly, hands on staff, and refreshingly honest business practice. Will def recommend!

I've been using Dog Wash Depot for the last 3 years and love how they treat, not just my dogs, but everyone else's. As a former pet groomer, I know the hard work and dedication it takes to handle pets that are not the happiest to get groomed and they ALWAYS do a beautiful job. Grooming takes time and I appreciate all you do to keep my pets looking and feeling good!

I've brought my two dogs here multiple times over the past year. 1 German Shepherd and 1 Lab/shepherd mix. They do a good job at a decent price, but you never know when your dog will be ready. Drop off(at appointment time) to pick up has taken 5 hours before. Not a big deal usually. But last week, I dropped my dogs off at 830am and they called 90 minutes later saying they were done. I showed up an hour after her call and she said, "It's an extra $30 per hour to babysit." In a very hateful manner. I reminded her of all the times they have taken forever and wasted my time driving back and forth and told her I wasn't paying it. She took it off, but it showed me a very negative side of this business. I called them later that day to get an explanation but I was brushed aside. If they want you to pick up your dog at a certain time, they need to tell you when they will be done. I don't work for you, you work for me. But you don't work for me anymore. I won't be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
You tried to charge it! I called you out on the double standard and you took it off and said, "I like your dogs and don't want to lose your business." I'm not just going to sit by the phone on a work day, waiting for the perpetually tardy dog groomer to call. And you sure aren't going to charge me a late fee when you didn't provide an ETA for completed services. Am I supposed to just stop grocery shopping and sprint out the door, so that the groomer doesn't throw a childish tantrum? What's worse, is I always tip you $30 anyways! I even gave you $10 tip this time, even though I was very dissatisfied with the treatment. A simple apology would have been sufficient, but you double down on your poor professionalism and attitude. Good luck.

Wouldn't take my dog here. Anyone can pretend to care and be professional to gain your business until their mistake is addressed and a customer is upset having trusted someone to care for their baby. Miscommunication is not the customers error and the staff showed their TRUE colors. Read the bad reviews not just the good ones. I don't know any dog owner who wants their dog to be left at a groomer for HOURS. Dogs are scared and uncomfortable and this should be taken into account. Are these people even licensed? I would definitely want to know who exactly is grooming my pet and see proof they have a license to do so and not just a friend for hire. Do your research especially if you treat your pet like a member of your family.

Finally a groomer, our Dog isn't afraid of. Getting her nails cut - the groomer talked to Dixie, showed dixie the the nail file, etc. Made it a good experience.

Edna and Julie really care for pets! I really appreciate them and the service they provide for customers (dogs and the owners). I went to them for the first time just to self wash my dog. After speaking with Julie and Edna about the health and well being of my dog I came back the next day and Julie offers a session of showing you how to clean your dogs ears and brush their teeth. Thank you so much for the lovely service you provide and I will be back. Please new customers don't hesitate to get advice about your loved fur friend from them ❤️?

I do not recommend supporting this business! I recently discovered that this establishment has been finding stray dogs and giving them away instead of contacting animal shelters or the police. This is highly irresponsible. Animal shelters have the resources to check for microchips, provide medical care, and ensure the dogs are placed in safe, vetted homes. By bypassing these steps, Dog wash depot is potentially endangering the animals and violating local laws.
To make matters worse, they took the dogs and groomed them without the owners consent & ship them off and sold to someone in Philadelphia. In addition, when the rightful owner of these dogs reached out to them, they were rude and even blocked her. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting a business that handles stray animals in such an unprofessional and potentially harmful manner.
Please see evidence below.

If I could give 10 stars I would! No kidding! From the moment we walked in the owner Julie and the reception staff was very sweet to me and my little pup. A+ service and professionalism. I also was given helpful tips on cleaning my hard to clean frenchie (and all his wrinkles). My pup came out happy and smelling like a million bucks. His nails were on point. Highly recommend (plus a female ave Latino owned business). I will be a regular here for sure

My dog got out unattended and found a pile of goose poop He rather enjoyed rolling around in. I wasn't able to collect him again till late afternoon, and the mess he made of himself seems to be a little more than I wanted to wash in the bathtub at home. so finding a place that could facilitate a doggie bath was a challenge. I called dog Wash Depot and they said come on over, the gals that ran the place where fantastic. They provided shampoo and a little doggie cologne, and even a tied a little handkerchief around my dog's neck. By the time we left he had won the whole staff over, and even though I don't bathe him outside of the house often, every time I do will definitely be at dog wash depot.

My appt was canceled unexpectedly on the same day bc they were backed up on one occasion. When I asked If I could be penciled in for the next week, was told they were too booked. Rescheduled for the following week but forgot. So when I called to reschedule, admitting my mistake with forgetting, was told I'd have to put down a deposit bc I should have called in advance for the missed appointment. I again expressed my apologies for the mishap (the first time it's ever happened) and again was reminded of what I should have done. Very disappointing conversation as it felt more like a disciplinary action than an understanding. The service itself was mediocre at best. Another instance, brought dogs there in the am, didn't get called until the place was closing. Asked what happened, stated they were having issues with other problematic dogs. Much complaints about my dogs as well, like their breath or ears and I'm thinking, is this not a grooming business? I was trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done. Wishing them well.
