“I cannot express how helpful our customer service representative was today at this location. Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. TCNJ parents - our kids are in good hands at Verizon Campus Town!!!!!”

“I recently set my Xbox 360 kinect back up and brought my kids to get some new to us games. We picked up 2 games, but when we got home one of them wouldn't read. I had no issues swapping it out (luckily there was another copy), and we've been having fun since.

“I was there a few weeks ago and I had an issue with receiving store credit on gamestop pro card. I was told some incorrect info on the phone from the Gamestop customer service, my store credit can only be received on a Gamestop gift card, not the pro card. An employee by the name of Tristian assisted me with problem, he recently became the manager. He had to make a call to the store manager who guided him on correcting the problem. Turns out, the store credit was on the pro card, I as informed incorrectly. Tristian informed me he just became the manager not too long ago but I would've never known because he was on top of the issue. He also assisted me with a trade in. Big kudos to Tristian, helped my experience go smoothly.”
