We placed an order in the beginning of JULY and after several unanswered phone calls and emails I received a confirmation email in JANUARY that my order was ready to pick up. I have since emailed another 2 times and called with no response asking for a refund. It should not take 6 months to receive gear that I needed for fall. The season was over and I did not receive the items. My daughter has since left the team she played with in fall and joined another team for this coming spring. I placed an order at Soccer Post Lancaster on Sunday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. If you are looking for a uniform provider for soccer gear I highly recommend Soccer Post Lancaster so you actually receive your items before the season ends.

Our club travel team uses this company and every year we order from Ewing it's a disaster. It's slow, no communication and most importantly customer service is terrible. They got my order wrong and it's taking 6 months with no refund or replacement. I don't know how this place is still in business. Shop at your own risk and they also put out their own postivie reviews.

Understaffed and disorganized. Does not return phone calls or emails about incomplete orders.Update 11/11 - still missing items from my orders placed in July.Spoke to someone on the phone on Nov 1 who at first couldn’t find the beanie cap I am still waiting for. After 15 minutes, it was found.I was then promised it would ship to me at no charge the next day. It’s now 9 days later and no package. I have also left two additional voicemails and no calls back.This is non existent customer service that can’t follow through even if you do catch them on the phone.

Can you guys please give me a call. I've called your office a millions times, left a message, wrote an email and have heard nothing back. Sent back the items I want to exchange and have heard nothing. It seems the google review is getting responses so hears my shot. Thanks for your help!***Update*** back to the google reviews to try and get some sort of answer after a service ticket has been submitted and I've tried to contact directly someone I have traded emails with before by dialing their extension and leaving several messages. Still don't have all of our gear, please just respond. Thank you

Like other customers, my child’s order took longer than expected to be received & some leg work on my end to connect with someone from the company. Once I did, Ewing was very responsive and attentive, providing me with regular updates until we got her kit. I appreciated all the time taken and patience they had in sorting her situation out, as most of her team received their items quickly - sometimes these things just happen! We are pleased with her items, they are great quality and fit.

Same experience as many. Placed two kit orders, one for each kid. Received one complete order, missing shorts on the second. Tournament is next weekend and all I got was a vague voicemail reply to the message I left stating “item is on back order” and I will get notified when it ships. No one answers their phones ever and never received a response to my initial email asking where the shorts were. Really bad customer experience. I’m guessing poor operational planning on their end as many have experienced the same. I think answering phones calls would go a long way, guys.

Hoping if I leave a review someone will actually respond because I definitely can not get a hold of anyone by phone or email. My sons kit was purchased over a month ago, the season has already started, and he has no uniform! What did we pay for??

Ordering from Ewing has been terrible. Orders not shipped nearly a month after payment, when they do ship, they are incomplete. Items are backordered and there is absolutely no transparency about why things are missing from orders. Customer service is nonexistent, no one answers voicemails and I only finally got an email response on the third try when my subject header indicated how disgusted I was.When the last piece of my order was received two days ago, it was the WRONG SIZE. My invoice and dashboard show the correct size, yet the item received is different. I left a voicemail and an email...surprise, no response yet. 48 hours later. My son cannot use the size I was sent and no one at Ewing seems to care. Worst vendor ever, may change athletic organization next season just so I don't have to deal with Ewing.

I placed an order for uniforms in July 8, over a month ago. To date, I’ve received many of the pieces but still haven’t received one of the jerseys. Our first game is this Friday and this is incredibly inconvenient. I’ve received the personalized items with initials before a mandatory piece of the uniform.

Ewing Sports is not fit to handle sports gear sales. They do not return our calls and e-mails as we’re desperately trying to get our team uniform just two days before the first season tournament. There is no system in place, just random items shipping at random times to random people. Except for people who payed them extra $100 to complete their order on time.After 6+ weeks of waiting, they’ve put our entire team on edge not knowing whether the players will be able to dress. And still waiting for those jerseys!!

We ordered several hundred dollars worth of uniforms for my children on 7/10/23 and a month and a half later have not received the complete order. My daughter has her first game in two days. We have left multiple voice mails and begged for follow up to no avail. If you are a sports organization considering using them, please reconsider. They do not answer their phone lines or address issues at all.

Terrible experience ordering team soccer kit from Ewing. Purchased the order on July 10, 2023, we did not receive the shipment until August 18. The shipment was incomplete, only included one pair of the away kit shorts and a pair of socks. I tried contacting them weeks ahead of time to get an update on when the order was going to be complete and shipped. No live customer service, just a voicemail option, and I never received a return phone call for follow up. I did get one email with an update that was just a reiteration of the very vague online order summary. My daughter has a tournament coming up and still has no uniform. Poor order fulfillment and non-existent customer service.

Update: I had to drive to Ewing but the people were super nice and exchanged my order. Thank you!We placed an order for soccer uniform, our first time/year using Ewing sports. Almost all merchandise arrived damaged. I opened two claims, I left a few VMs but up till now I don't have any feedback on what to do. Noone picks up the phone and I don't get any respond via email either.

Please help, Ewing Sports! I placed an >$1000 order 1 month ago for 3 players, paid an additional fee to expedite the order, and we are still without uniforms 1 week before tournament weekend. In addition, there are additional invoices that have been added to our profile, after we already paid for the 3 kits. Despite multiple customer service emails over the last month, I still have no clear update on the status of our order, whether it will be fulfilled in time for the tournaments, and why there are additional fees (>$600) being added onto our financial statement. Please provide some clarity, Ewing Sports-- tracking down these orders has become a 2nd or 3rd job for me!
