Avoid this business at all costs. I complained to the NJ Attorney General concerning the insurance fraud they pulled once they saw out of state tags on our car that was involved in an accident. They were rude and totally unprofessional.

A family member was involved in a traffic accident near this place of business. The local police department contacted with this company to remove vehicles from accident scenes. I have nothing positive to say about this business. They answer their phones simply by saying hello. They do not identify themselves. They saw that our car had out of state tags so they knew they could milk more storage fees out of someone. They made releasing our car an absolute nightmare. Do not under any circumstance use this company. You will regret it!

Avoid this awful hell hole! Dishonest rip off artists working with local police to scam victims. Car sustained damage after hitting a pothole. Officer reported it as a "no fault accident" so that car would be towed here. Lied to us that there would be no cost for towing & overnight storage of car. Cost $200 in cash to get car back. Officer would not allow us to call AAA!!!! I'm sure he got a kickback! I feel sad for anyone else victimized here!

The one star rating is being overly generous. The staff can only be described as unknowledgeable, discourteous, and unprofessional. Best part of my experience was leaving. Please avoid this place at all costs!

This place is HORRIBLE ' the people that work there are Rude , very unprofessional , tell you one thing over the phone then when you get in person it's something totally different ' I HATE this place , they wouldn't let me get my things out the car nor my son stuff after I explain what the situation was. Stay away from there ' I hope nobody car gets towed there , they don't even deserve a 1 star because there below that.

I just left this place and I just have a few words ! I feel so sorry for you if your car has been towed to this place because the service was terrible for me today . After being told because my car was "abandoned" by me from not claiming it after my accident that my father's license would be suspended and fined $500 I already knew I wasn't going to like visiting this place . We had to pay $50 just to get on the lot to see my car and get the plates for my insurance company . Emily lied to me for over 45 minutes letting me think her driver was coming back in "15 minutes " . I had to wait in the heat for almost an hour just to retrieve my belongs from the car , and she didn't apologize for the wrong time expectecy at all ! Words of advice ! Don't crash your car in this area
