Employee did not want to process a return for an item purchased online. First told me you can't return online purchases in store. I pulled up GNC's return policy and he back tracked and tried to brush me off, saying he did not know how to process a return for an item bought online. I literally had to call GNC customer service and have them walk him through it. He was really rude during the entire interaction. Sorry that I had to retrain you on how to do your job, dude, but I got my money back.

The manager needs to educate himself on GNC’s Price Match policy and not make up his own. I came in to price match an item because the GNC WEBSITE says they price match Target. The manager refused to match the price and told me they only price match Amazon and GNC.com. When you own a franchise your made up rules don’t supersede what’s on the corporate site!

They get a low rating from me because products being advertised in the store on shelving for one price and ringing up at the register for a higher price.
