I got completely ripped off here. It’s a shame I have to give them one star and not zero.
I came in for a simple weather strip issue and was charged an absurd amount for something that should’ve cost a fraction of the price. No clear explanation, no itemized breakdown, just a ridiculous bill and a shrug. After checking with other shops, I now know I was overcharged — plain and simple.
This place preys on people who trust them to be honest. If you don’t want to get scammed or pay double for basic work, go somewhere else. I’ve filed a complaint with consumer protection and will continue warning others. Do your research before letting them touch your car.

Can't recommend J&A Automotive highly enough! I work near their old location, and they came to the rescue several times with my last car. I followed them to their new location because they're a true gem. John and his wife Andrea are efficient, honest professionals who have managed to fix any issues I've had at a reasonable price. Not to mention they're both just good, friendly people who will go the extra mile for their customers. I've already recommended this family-owned business to several friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.
