Better going off to another dealer. If you got the money to put a bigger down payment they'll try to hassle you to a smaller down payment so they can gain more money. Interests. They want to make more.

Filip and Josh at JS AutoHaus was very helpful and he was a pleasure to work with! I found a car I love at an affordable price. I spent less than an hour in the dealership. I would highly recommend JS AutoHaus for anyone looking to buy a new or used car!
Updated: *2nd time/returning customer but things changed*
I am giving this review based on my extremely frustrating experience recently with JS Autohaus. I reached an agreement with a salesman named Filip on the purchase vehicle. I informed him that I was contacting my bank and specifically requested that the vehicle be marked “sold.” I sent him the draft check and tracking number. He agreed, and my bank mailed the check by fedex overnight the same day. I trusted him to do his job.
However, that same night, another salesman, Adam, sold the vehicle to a different buyer. The next day, when my check arrived at the dealership, I was told the car was already sold. I attempted to speak with management/ownership for assistance, but I felt that my concerns were dismissed and no meaningful help was offered.
Because of this situation, I am now dealing with complications with my bank regarding the check. I am living in Connecticut and i had to take a dayoff to pick up the vehicle and i am left with “NOTHING”. If they can’t honor their word or respect a confirmed sale, I can’t trust them with any future business. Extremely disappointing and a big waste of my time. Would not recommend anymore.

Worked with Max to buy my cybertruck. Awesome experience! Max isn’t even 20 yet and he has more work ethic than most adults. Great young man. George is running an amazing business and team. The lot is like Disney world. During the sales process George was involved and full of positive vibes. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and it’s less than 1% that owner is on the floor and in the lot working with buyers. I will definitely use them in the future.

I just wanted to send a special thank you to MAX @ J&S Auto Haus. This young man dealt with me like he's been doing this for ten years. He made me feel very comfortable during this big purchase. I forgot the finance guys name but he knows who he is, thanks for getting me where i needed to be to drive outta there with my 2022 X5M COMP. Beautiful SUV. I'm pleased with my purchase. AI service all around. Thanks for the picture too.

Rami was top notch, and helped make our late model Tesla purchase a breeze. The car was exactly as described. We did our test drive, paid for the car, got the Tesla transferred to my Tesla account, added Full Self Driving, hit the Home button and were on our way in under two hours! That included a fresh wash and clean-up for our drive home. Each person that assisted us was very professional. No high-pressure shakedown for extras like so many dealers do. Highly recommend!
If you've read this far, I think you would look good in one of the many Lambos they have in stock! :)

Filip was great. Was easy to deal with and he did everything he could to make me a happy customer. The selection of cars they have is insane. Definitely worth a visit.
Update: The car turned out not to be in the “perfect” condition I was promised. There was a few issues that I had to address after I purchased the car that cost me over 1K. Admittedly, I should’ve had a mechanic look at the car before I purchased it. I just trusted their word because of the inventory they carry. Lesson learned. The finance department also had to write me a check because they owed me a refund due to a miss communication with the bank on how much I was putting down. The first check they sent me bounced, which is crazy.
I am still up in the air if I would go there again. Their inventory is amazing but once they got my money, I felt like their attitude changed toward me as a customer.

From start to completion of buying this car, Rami has made it very smooth and easy. His communication with me during work hours and even when he was off has made me confident in working with him and this dealership. I drove 2 hours to this dealership and if it wasn’t for the laughs we shared and conversation we had, the whole process would have taken 40 minutes. If they have a car you like and you live far, take the drive cause it’ll 100% be worth it. Thank you Rami for everything brother🤝🙏

I’ve bought 50+ cars and honestly, this was one of the easiest. Rami and George were great, no bullcrap and no hidden fees. Worked out the details over the phone and in and out in less than an hour! Working in the auto industry it’s a breathe of fresh air dealing with these guys.
