I had my hair extensions done by Ashley using hand-tied method. The hair color did not match, poorly placed, bad quality, and very overpriced. I was lied to about the hair being ordered then was denied to be returned even though the color and brand was not what I was told. I was shown different color on a picture then what I actually received. Although the color and brand is different from what I asked, I was still denied return. The placement of hair was painful and very uncomfortable. The hair also did not flow nicely and was obvious the two tones and the separation between the extensions and my natural hair. She charged higher cost than known salons with poor service and placement. She also ruined the my hair and also the hair Extensions trying to color match that I had to go to another salon to fix my hair. I was left with bad hair and taken advantage off.
