Terrible went for an oil change and in 2 days my car had issues and was stalling and unable to brake. I only went for an oil change. Had to take my car to Honda for them to fix and charge me again for the oil change to be done correctly and cleaned up. I was only supposed to spend $90 on an oil change and ended up spending $410 after it was fixed. Don’t go here! Thank god my child was not in the car with me !

My first visit to this location. Husnain was very polite from the beginning to end. Charles was informative and I appreciate his suggestions. They didn’t try to pressure me with up sales or extra work to be done. I’ll definitely return.

I pulled into this Jiffy Lube in Ewing in a rental car, told Don that I wasn’t in the car that’s usually serviced by Jiffy lube but my tires needed air. He said, sure no problem. And proceeded to help me AND educate me about the tire pressure indicator. And he showed me where I can find the information...on the inside panel of my car! He’s a young African American man Whom I know would be looked at sideways in the mall, followed around in a store, etc. He treated me like I was HIS grandmother. If I ever need to go to jiffy lube in Ewing, I’ll go there first and I’ll recommend that store just because of his very professional, excellent customer service And attitude. Please consider him for a promotion and a raise.
A second trip to the jiffy lube mentioned above. Still excellent customer service!!
Do the stores have a competition going to see which store gets the most positive posts?? Now there’s an idea!! ?
