I had the microlinks service done March 2 it has been two weeks and the links have already started slipping out. I have had this style before with the metowi method and I’ve never run into this problem. She also was not willing to partially refund which is disheartening when the service is almost $1000. Just because people say they’re certified in microlink does not mean that they are specialist.She did see me initially to put the links back in, now three days later the links on the other side of slipping out. I reached out again stating the problem, she then stated, I mentioned I had a problem like this before….(false), and she suggested I get a wig for an additional $300 so altogether $1300. I honestly would say that this install is not versatile and it does not lay flat. Not disgruntled just really upset about the service. On a positive note the salon is clean and she has early hours.

I scheduled to book a consultation and paid to do so with no issues. The confirmation emails I received, two in total, did not confirm an address or email. Only a time and date. Due to the pandemic, I figured it must be a telephone consult as this is been customary for all of my other vendors. I emailed as no phone number is listed during my appointment time and asked for the virtual link or phone number. The response I received was “we accept emails only.” I asked about my appointment and received nothing until 18 minutes later stating I was marked as a “no show.” I sent 2 additional emails asking to speak to someone and as of currently have yet to hear from anyone or even receive a refund. Very poor customer service especially during these times. I will certainly not be using this business in the future.
