I called for a quote to replace a battery in my 2014 porsche cayenne s .The lady on the phone side she didn't know where the battery was and I would have to bring my car. You think they would ask the mechanic or have someone who knows cars answer the phone. Plus she. was rude.

I’ve been a customer with them for over 20 years. I recently had transmission issues with my car and it started leaking oil. Mark offered to come over and look at the car at my residence to see if it was worth fixing. He was going on vacation and forgot which is no big deal so I called back after his vacation and his wife picks up the phone and tells me that Mark will do no such thing and that I need to tow my car over there, granted if that was the option from the beginning I would’ve done so, she was extremely rude. Her tone was nasty and patronizing and she spoke to me as if she was scolding a child. She said she refuses to send any of her guys over to look at the vehicle which again was not my suggestion but her husband’s. I would’ve gladly towed it over if it gave me an answer. I’m extremely disappointed in this business as my late father is the one that referenced me to this place, and I was never treated with such callous rude behavior. Rest assured I will never go to this place of business again.
