Great customer service!! I never write reviews however my experience was that great that i had to let you guys know how happy I was!! I don’t know much about cars and was extremely worried about what the damages were going to be and the cost. Matt broke down everything in a way that even I can understand it! Service was extremely fast and price was very reasonable. Anyone looking up reviews and trying to find a place where your car needs work, I highly recommend this place. This is the biggest highway robbery going! They take your car during their closed hours, but you can't retrieve your car until they open for regular business hours. This is forcing you to pay more fees for them not being open because they charge you to keep it from you longer than necessary. The Ewing Police Dept should be ashamed for contracting this company. This is not right. $300 later, along with a ton of bogus fees, like admin fee of $25 because I called to find out the total owed and method of payment accepted. Only cash accepted BTW - making it more of a scam and unable to get your money back.
