“I've had a VA loan for eleven years that was transferred to CENLAR fairly early in the span of the mortgage. I've not had any issues with payment processing. The few calls I've made to customer service were fine, and I recently changed home owners insurance providers with were no issues getting that switched over. Basically it seems like they are performing to expectations. If your mortgage is with CENLAR I wouldn't panic based upon the negative reviews here.”
