I got a tv for Xmas. It was a Samsung 65 inches. I called PHC to simply have it mounted with the most basic mount. I was told the mount would cost about $100 and the labor would be $150/hour. I was also told that the work would take one hour to one and a half hours. Two nice men came to install it, but I noticed that they were here for a while. Several times I mentioned that money was tight and I was working off a budget. Not once did anyone say my job was special or extra challenging. (It wasn't). At some point one of the men said the rate was actually $180/hour. When the work was completed I received a bill for $800!!! I searched on line and saw a million other vendors charging $150-$300 for such a job. Look online and talk to your friends. No mounting should cost $800. I don't care if it is the Mona Lisa. I immediately called the office and complained. They ultimately cut the bill to $600 but there is no way this project should have costed more than $300. I am appreciative that they cut the bill but frankly it wasn't enough. I am being laughed at by friends and family for passing that amount. I suggest shopping around and agreeing on a firm price before anyone starts doing anything.

This business is located at 1589 reed road in Pennington. The Ewing address is wrong. The owner Paul is a super nice guy, he has a ton of experience and they do phenomenal work! I'm very skeptical about the other review I notice on here. The guy is from Florida and yet he seems to get around an awful lot to trash businesses. Just look at the reviews he's posted especially the where and when's. I asked Paul about the review when I spoke with him. He's never had any dealings with the guy. What a joke that review should be removed.

Not a very good business, unless you really like having call backs. The owner is also a bit of a bozo, but believes he's a hot shot.

Paul from PHC Toys is awesome. We just had a new movie theater projector installed and i couldn't be more thrilled with it. Paul recommended the unit and he has a great knack for knowing exactly what you want/need/afford. Very good people.
