  Customer service to open a Santander account at this Parkway branch is becoming horrible. At least 3 times with 3 different potential customers I had some unpraised experiences.

  April is very helpful n pleasant to talk. Never had a problem

  Physical brick and mortar has a reason to live and thrive! After 3 phone calls to corporate they told me to write a letter. I walk in to this branch, get directed to April, and my problem is solved within 5 minutes! Online is the future but physical branches keep the members for life.
