worst bank ever. 1 person working the counter daily. line always out the door. speed is not of the essence. same goes for the people you need to sit with.

TD Bank
TD Bank always promoted being Customer Centric. Ad’s on TV talking about being open late and showing the guy is locking up for the night and a customer comes they open again and take care of the Customer. Well like they say that’s show business. Going to this branch can’t be farther away from what they tell you they are. I had a simple request which I waited in line for an half hour to see the teller and I was told I had to wait for an agent. I signed on the computer kiosk they had and took a seat. It was busy so I knew I would be waiting for a half hour or so. Well nearly 2 hours went by when they called my name. The experience was so exasperating that when I sat down I just closed my account at TD bank. It went beyond the horror of the worst experience I have ever experienced in customer service. Proud to be a new customer of Chase and have been experiencing the service TD promotes it is giving but doesn’t.

Horrible get another bank if this is most closest to you! The bank location is just as bad as you not seeing your transactions real time on your acct. you sit 2.5 hours just for a card. You make a appointment for no reason because they take you as the people stop them.

Never less than a 30 minute wait for a teller. Luckily I rarely need use of a teller, but when I do, I try to avoid this branch.

We switched to TD Bank from Bank of America and we had no problems with scheduling our appointment and talking with the consultant - they were all wonderful. It's the ATM outside hours constantly out of order all the time including drive-thru and two inside on the same day...I had to drive to another location on Quakerbridge Road but no drive-thru ATM and only one ATM inside but very quiet as I was the only one so it was very quick. They should open another branch nearby like Bank of America to accommodate high customer volume.

Sad and terrible changes over the years with TD Bank. Just like world banking no concern for the people. I can only pray that I maintain my Godly ability to pray for their pursuing the light of greater choices, rather than my worldly propensity to pray for their very specific leaders to have terrible lessons cast upon them. :-))

Completed a wire transfer to Canada. Could not (or would not) tell me how much my US dollars converted to in CAN dollars. Couldn't be bothered. When I got in my car, I called the 1-800 customer service line and a representative was able to give me the exact amount of my wire transfer in Canadian funds in less than 1 minute, even though it was sent in US funds. This is all I was asking of Hamdih and her colleague/manager at the branch. Not sure why that was so difficult. Terrible customer service.

On the drive-thru, they choose which one costumer is mostly important for them or which person they know. I had to wait 30 minutes to windward money on the drive-thru after sending my ID and paperwork.This woman was very not nice. I'm very disappointed.
