If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Excellent service and outstanding communication from Day One. Jessica and Luz are superstars in their positions at Team Collision. Although I never met any of the Technicians who worked on my vehicle, I'm grateful to each of them for their skill in expediting my repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We worked with team collision after our vehicle was rear-ended. They were very professional, and Jessica was an absolute joy to work with. They were communicative, and very knowledgeable about the RAV4 construction and safety features. Ultimately our vehicle was declared a total loss, but I feel grateful we brought it to TEAM Collision who identified the structural safety of the vehicle was compromised when our insurance company just wanted to straighten the frame.

It’s not everyday or often enough we experience 5 star customer service the way I did yesterday calling Team Collision. I needed some warranty work done on my vehicle. The associate Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to get my work scheduled and a rental car booked on the same day!!! (For context: I had called a Toyota in Eatontown where I got the vehicle and they jerked me around for 2 months.) I highly recommend using Team Collision for your auto body repair needs. The estimator was also very friendly and explained everything to me. Overall the entire experience has been above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Jessica and team collision!!

A+ for communication, quick turn around. Vehicle (a BMW) was returned painted and blended very well. Recommends! Ewelina was great!**********No longer works with progressive without 250 administrative fee and $100 per day.Tried to get work done on the same vehicle. ??♂️Services: Painting

I brought my car in for repairs from an accident. Everyone was extremely professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job with the repair and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. Very professional and accommodating.

I really don't understand how this shop can have a 5 star rating!! Totally unprofessional!! The damage appraiser should REPLACE the very unprofessional collision manager!!! At least she took the time to explain the issues at hand, and she did that with empathy. She will give to you a complete status on what and an explanation to why!!! I was guaranteed a GREAT experience from the collision manager!! This has been and still is a TOTAL nightmare!Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish I had a fantastic experience using Team Collision in Ewing, NJ. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
