Returned the UHaul well on time but the guy there has absolutely no clue how to close the account. He still hasn’t closed my account and now I know I’ll be charged extra and then will have to call the service sender to reimburse me their erroneous charges. All because of one employee who clearly has no idea what he’s doing.

Easy to book, pickup and drop off. The vehicles are clean and run well. Terms and conditions are clear and upfront. This is a working establishment make no mistake and that's what you want. I plan to go back.

Short distance huals are relatively inexpensive. Long hual trips, a little crazy on their price.
