Poor customer service. I walked in looking to possibly open a new account and make a large deposit. They didn't even want to talk to me. They acted like I was not important and they didn't need or want my business. I took my money somewhere else. They have zero F's to give.

The service at this location is ridiculous slow. The line hasn't moved in almost ten minutes.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 17 years and this location by far is the worst location that I have ever visited. Management attitudes is no different than the employees attitudes. Perhaps this location could benefit from customer service training.

While this is not likely peculiar to this bank, I just got ripped off at the ATM while purchasing postage stamps. I first noticed that stamps were not being sold in standard lot sizes, e.g., a sheet of 20. That should have been a red flag! However, I proceeded to purchase a sheet of 18. When I viewed the receipt, I realized that I had been charged, on average, $.59 for a $.47 stamp, at the post office. That is shameful! While offering a convenience, Wells Fargo should be more transparent with their pricing! At least, prompt the customer regarding the price before completing the transaction! This is more of the behavior which triggered fines for setting up bogus accounts or selling services not ordered by the customer! That entire operation deserves scrutiny by regulatory agencies!

This is not my bank, but I needed to make a deposit for a friend. I went there with the account number, and the person helping me said that it was not an existing account. After going back home and reaching my friend and confirming that it was indeed the right number, I returned and that time the deposit worked... Go figure what happened? The people working behind the counter are basically machines. Don't expect unnecessary interactions, as they're just there for the job and couldn't care less about you. The parking lot is huge, so you'll always find a spot to park, but it is a challenge to get in and out on either side because of a constant incoming traffic.
