Worst store ever. Bought a vape pen that was broken. Charged it for 3 hours and nothing. Took it back and they pointed to the no refund sign. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted them to exchange the pen. Really messed up to be ripping people off during a pandemic. I’ll never go here again and have told everyone I know to not go there.

Customer service is terrible. I bought several disposable nicotine pens and several of them did not work. I brought this to the owners attention and the owner said no refunds/no exchanges. His customer service and overall character is rude
