POE Fair Haven is a great studio for hot yoga and an insanely hard, full body workout. The staff is extremely encouraging, welcoming, and kind, holding everyone to an amazing and genuine standard. Instructors are upbeat and give space when needed. The atmosphere is warm and supportive, creating a sense of community where many have made new friendships. The music is electric and the classes leave people feeling incredibly centered and connected to their body. Highly recommended to anyone of any physical capability looking to enhance their workouts or start a regimen. Many find the drive worth every second and will not regret it.
LOVE POE! Both megabeat and firebeat are extremely challenging classes, and I love pushing myself in this environment. The workouts are hard for everyone in the room, and we're all there for the same thing. If you're new or thinking about trying POE, come and keep coming!

Moved to NJ 3 years ago and so lucky to have found POE!! The instructors are all amazing and Liz has created an incredible community. Everyone is super welcoming and you get hooked quick. Whether it’s Firebeat, Megabeat, or Yoga the classes never disappoint and always push you.
