“Huge shoutout to Matt and the entire team at Autocouture Motoring. I brought my E46 M3 to them with a pretty long list of things I wanted addressed, and from beginning to end the experience was great. Matt especially deserves a shoutout. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained what they found, what actually needed to be done, and what could wait instead of just trying to sell me more work. He even put miles on the car himself to make sure everything was behaving properly before giving it back to me. That kind of attention definitely gave me confidence in the work. They handled a ton on the car — rod bearings, VANOS service, valve adjustment, wiring/O2 issues, cooling-system refresh, diagnostics, and getting my Eventuri airbox installed. They also caught and corrected a bunch of smaller things along the way that showed they were actually paying attention to the whole car and not just the work order. What I appreciated most was the communication and transparency. With an older M car, especially an E46 M3, it’s easy for a project to turn into throwing parts at problems. Matt always explained the reasoning behind what they were doing and kept me in the loop before moving forward. The car came back running great and perfect. After putting this much work and money into the M3, I’m glad I trusted it with ACM. Definitely recommend Autocouture Motoring, and shoutout to Matt frfr 😂. Matt and the team did a big one for sure. I’ll absolutely be bringing the car back whenever I’m in the area. And for sure will be bringing my E92 M3 here next for what’s next to be done to it.”

“The experience was super overall! It was my first time so I needed some learning to do . I schedule drop off but I really needed to stay and pick up , so the agent able to change it for me and waited about 1:30 hour . Was not bad since I came I. The most Ning and I walked to Starbucks close by to kill the time. The only thing I thing to improve is that I got a text and email with video link but it did not say in the the text the car was ready and the video link did not work neither in safari or chrome. I am lucky I assume the car was ready and did go through o pick up and was ready. So never able to see what that video is all about”

“Great!! Driving all the way up to Bergen County from where I live seems like too much of trek. After purchasing my car from a KIA dealership in Georgia, many places wants to either service cars that were bought at their dealership or had appointments too long to wait. The staff was very accommodating on the phone. Walking in felt like a board meeting with everyone facing the door. Brice, my service coordinator stood up and greeted me with a smile. He was complete and kept me up to date with the status of my car. The price was exactly as quoted upon scheduling. With the time we live in (labor shortage, supply chain issues), I am thrilled to find a place that treated their customers with respect (the same when I had an Audi and BMW). It's still far for me to drive but it was worth it. Hope that you'll feel the same.”
