He offered to charge the battery for us to see if it held the charge and it did! He could have just sold us a battery but he took the time to do the right thing. Highly recommend! “Visited the JDVW Parts Center for a recall and it was an overall GREAT experience. Ease to set up an appt during holiday break. Plus was given an over estimate of what service and parts will need to be replaced on my vehicle. BUT best feature is the text video alert explaining the process and that the car was ready. Overall took about an hour. The service desk reps are also very nice and attentive. Received video + printed statement of estimate. Overall a GREAT experience. ANNNNNND my car got a free car wash inside and out!! Meanwhile, the recall service was free! -- and i received all this great service. Thanks again!”

“Great!! Driving all the way up to Bergen County from where I live seems like too much of trek. After purchasing my car from a KIA dealership in Georgia, many places wants to either service cars that were bought at their dealership or had appointments too long to wait. The staff was very accommodating on the phone. Walking in felt like a board meeting with everyone facing the door. Brice, my service coordinator stood up and greeted me with a smile. He was complete and kept me up to date with the status of my car. The price was exactly as quoted upon scheduling. With the time we live in (labor shortage, supply chain issues), I am thrilled to find a place that treated their customers with respect (the same when I had an Audi and BMW). It's still far for me to drive but it was worth it. Hope that you'll feel the same.”
