Should tell customers that they need a credit card to rent a car. Service advisor only said I need Id & insurance card

The total receipt including taxes and fees was 114$ and they charged me 117$ saying that this was an additional fee for using the credit card wich is a nonsense just to get more money. Is not for the three dollars is the transparency and honesty. Very disappointed
